The Perfect Getaway
What an amazing place. Our porter, Jack, was the perfect host, with a deep knowledge of the hotel’s history, surely a future concierge. Food was out of this world, and Taylor was the perfect waitress.

60th Birthday weekend
Another excellent stay at the Kimpton, my wife 60th Birthday weekend, excellent stay, and a room upgrade made our stay perfect. Fitz restaurant was great, food, service, decor, location opposite Russel park so good, and close to the underground. The staff should be very proud, a brilliant and memorable stay.

We stayed at the Kimpton Fitzroy London for our 25th wedding anniversary, and it was unforgettable. From the very first emails, Guest Relations (especially Lottie and Charlotte) went above and beyond with warmth and care, making us feel welcome before we’d even arrived. Our room was absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, elegant, and the perfect backdrop to such a milestone occasion. The thoughtful touches prepared for us made the whole stay deeply personal and memorable. The hotel itself is breathtaking, but what truly sets it apart is the hospitality. The kindness, attention, and genuine care from the team made our anniversary extraordinary. We’ll always treasure this stay and are already looking forward to returning.

Kimpton Fitzroy the best IHG property in London
Kimpton Fitzroy Londin such a stunning property with well designed rooms, excellent dining options to have diner, coctail or coffee. Cleanliness of the rooms and the whole hotel top!!! To add to add : thank u to all staff of the Kimpton hotel for great service, welcoming and friendless attitude. A special thank u to guest relation team for setting up birthday suprise in my friend room. Lottie/ Roksana and Charlotte u are starts. Big thank u to Shaun from concierge team for helping us with reservations. Breakfast was excellent, big choice both buffet and a la carte menu. Two amazing ladies: Nazeera and Lina- thank u. We will be back.

Very Dog Friendly
Absolutely fantastic hotel and extremely dog friendly. The staff throughout the hotel were so friendly and gave our puggle so much attention which she loved. I don't usually like to stay at the same hotel twice but I will definitely be returning here again. Thank you for a great stay!
