A truly exceptional stay at The Londoner. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and the check-in seamless. The design of the hotel and rooms is absolutely stunning, every detail feels curated and luxurious. Housekeeping was flawless throughout our stay. We loved the exclusive Resident area - a beautiful, calm and safe space with fantastic staff who made us feel right at home. Drinks by the pool were perfect, and I had the best matcha ever! We didn’t try the other restaurants, but we did have breakfast at Whitcomb’s. The food was ok, though I personally didn’t enjoy the overall ambiance of the restaurant. The location is unbeatable: the perfect base to explore the city. I stayed with my teenage son, and the concierge team was a great help in organizing activities and making our stay effortless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for understated luxury and impeccable service in the heart of London.

I was absolutely blown away by this hotel. I visited with a group of peers to check out our local area and from the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel is stunning, beautifully designed, clean, and full of amazing art that makes it special. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable. A special thank you to Monti, the events team and the GM for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury with such a personal touch, and this hotel absolutely delivers on both.

Nice hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable, our only negative regarding the rooms were that they are very small. This is where it gets interesting… staff are very hostile towards guests and on arrival Into reception are treated like they shouldn’t be at the hotel, not just our family, we witnessed it with several other guests too. Staff asking numerous evasive questions. Bar service is poor. Closes early and guests aren’t allowed to order room service to the bar after hours. The hotel loves to include service charge with everything and if you request to have it removed due to poor services, the staff then become hostile and aggressive and ask why this is to be removed ?!? Despite this being at guests discretion. There are better hotels to visit in London than this hotel, such as Conrad St James and the Shard. The Residents bar has a poor choice and very limited selection of food.

We had a two night great stay at the Londoner. The hotel is uber cool, with an amazing spa and gym. Good value when you look at the standard of spa facilities. So great little secret touches, the art work in the lift spy holes, cabanas in the spa, meze for free snacks/soft drinks and the view from 8 bar. Staff were brilliant, will definitely stay again

Room is an "expensive" broom cupboard, Most staff have limited english. Curtesy arrival= Car collected at the back of Hotel with one umbrella for 5 in the pouring rain. Upgrded room outlook=inner hotel courtyard. . Shower broken, Light switch bedside bed inoperative. Not a pleasant experiance for a *5*.
