⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly exceptional stay at The Londoner Hotel in Leicester Square! From check-in to check-out, the customer service was flawless. A big thank you to Mr. Simon Wong and his incredible team — their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. The hotel’s design is stunning — contemporary, elegant, and beautifully put together with thoughtful details everywhere you look. The rooms are peaceful and stylish, and the whole place feels like an oasis in the city. The spa is simply gorgeous — the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day in London. And the location couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of Leicester Square, with theatres, restaurants, and everything you need just steps away. Highly recommend The Londoner — a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-tier hospitality. Will definitely be returning!

Diaaapointing considering the Londoner being a "5 star"? Booking 3 king size rooms for family for the night. We was shown to what I can only describe as enlarged broom cupboards. Rooms had no street view. Valet parking meant being met met arround the corner from the Hotel, in the heavy rain, with one brolly assistance for 4 of us. TV light switches were not fully operational. The bathroom had one very small basin and a broken shower. Very expensive meal in the retaurant can only be described as mediocre and certainly not representable as anywhere near 5 quality? Hotel suffers from majority of staff having a difficulty with communicating in clear English? The hotel is a 3/4 star quality hotel with 5 star pricing. . Hotel was designed, built and run to maximise occupancy and profit at the expense of quality and experiance. Will not use again?

A luxurious experience. I felt pampered in every aspect. The place is beautifully designed and the staff were very helpful . I will be happy to come again.

Once we arrived we were greated with a warm welcome from the front staff. After checking into the hotel we went out to tour the city because our room was not ready yet. Once we returned our luggage was in the room. This is where I was not happy. The room was small there was no closet space for my wife and I. I contacted Amex which reached out to them. We received a call from Michael the GM. He took care of us and switched rooms to a more spacious room with ample closet space. He was so nice and accommodating. Michael was a true gentleman and we spoke several times during our stay. He truly made the experience top notch. I will definitely return. The location of this hotel is amazing.
