I stayed at The Londoner last week for one night on business, and what stood out immediately was the exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout. From the moment I arrived, the hotel simply smelled fresh and calm. That sense of proper cleanliness carried through every area, from the lobby and corridors to the lifts and the room itself. It was not just visually spotless, but genuinely clean in a way that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The room was immaculate, with fresh soft furnishings, pristine surfaces and a bathroom that was clearly cleaned with real care. There was none of the tired or stale smell that so many hotels seem to tolerate. For a business stay, that makes a huge difference, and I slept extremely well as a result. Add to that efficient, friendly service and a calm atmosphere despite the central location, and it made for a genuinely impressive short stay. I would happily return and would not hesitate to recommend it.

First time staying here and simply WOW! Hotel location is fantastic right in the centre which normally I would avoid as usually the hotels located there can be more touristy. This is a proper luxury hotel from the lobby to the spa, to the bars everything felt premium. Loads of great touches with fantastic beds/ bedding - AXOR showers and the whole feel of the hotel was top end. What really made it though were the people from Leyla who greeted us when we arrived to Alex who sorted reservations for dinner nothing was too much trouble. Door team were great as well and it will certainly be the first place we look for when we return in Summer for a few gigs. We were there for a work / relax and was a great place to combine both as I could go to my meetings knowing that my wife could enjoy the hotel and Central London easily and safely. We also used the SPA which was fantastic. Really enjoyed the treatment and it was such a quiet relaxing experience despite all of London being four floors above us! Could not recommend it highly enough. Also best to book direct as deal was far better than I could find through my usual booking platforms.

We chose to stay here for a celebration dinner with some friends. We couldn't have done better! From the doorman greeting, check-in and being shown to our lovely room it was a seamless journey. Our room overlooked Leicester Square, and despite this it was so peaceful. Dinner was fabulous and the sommelier was super helpful in guiding us through the well provisioned wine list. After a super night's sleep on a comfortable bed we also loved breakfast too. So much so we didn't eat again until the evening. From a well stocked and tempting buffet, to the cooked to-order specialities, we all loved it. With all small variations accomodated. Would love to stay again soon!

Stayed on Fri 2 Jan for one night with the wife in a Deluxe King Room. The room was stunning with floor to ceiling windows, spacious (for London). Luxury Japanese style toilet! Luxury soaps and shampoos. Coffee machine, safe. And the best complimentary slippers I have ever seen in a hotel room. And the bed was one of the best we have stayed in! We used the guest area for complimentary soft drinks and nibbles. Even allowed me to take a couple of coffees to my room after using their gym. (Which by the way was one of the best hotel gyms in London). Had row/ski erg machines and high quality treadmills. Plus many free weights and machines. The swimming pool was fairly quiet and very well maintained. Surreal swimming about when located in Leicester Sq. Nice sauna and steam room too. Didn't use the restaurants or bars so can't comment on the service Only minor negative is being asked to pay an optional service charge when checking out. This is the UK, not USA so didn't seem appropriate. I happily tip staff, but don't like being asked to do so. Was the first time I have been asked to do so in London. All staff were friendly and very professional. I would definitely stay again and thank you for the welcome gift (box of luxury tea).
