Superb staff
Following our impressive pre-theatre dinner, we returned to the bar in the foyer for drinks with friends. Lovely selection of drinks but the wonderful and knowledgeable server, Stephania, was our highlight... she is such an asset.

Fantastic overnight stay for a birthday celebration
I visited The Londoner with friends for an overnight stay for a birthday celebration. The staff on arriving were attentive, friendly and made us feel very welcome. The suite we stayed in was amazing and took our breath away, it was absolutely spotless and perfect. The hotel had such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We ate in the restaurant the service and food were excellent. Breakfast was great and a nice end to our overnight stay.

Great time
From the moment I checked in to the moment I left I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and its staff. they provided a welcoming letter from the manager and chocolate at the turn down. Also knocked on the door each day to see if I needed anything or had any questions.

Perfect Hotel for a London Weekend
I stayed at the hotel with my daughter, and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and the staff were so welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and the spa was fantastic. We stayed for three nights, but we definitely could have stayed longer. The location is very central and perfect for a weekend trip to London. If I ever come back to London, I would love to stay at this hotel again.

Please stay at this hotel it goes above and beyond to make your stay special The rooms are immaculate and comfortable The residence is a quiet getaway from bust London noise The retreat is a place we unwound and relaxed more than we have in a long time Then you just walk outside and are bang in the middle of theatres, restaurants galleries It's just the best experience Will be returning very soon
