The Londoner Hotel

Lovely hotel in perfect location for theatre land, although is expensive. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Particularly the residence bar, with excellent service from the professional, friendly staff including Scott, Shivangi, Sebastian & Monica who work very hard looking after the guests in a calm relaxing lounge environment the residents bar provides. Nice boutique rooms, which can feel a little dark at times. Suggestion - Unfortunately staff do not wear name badges, which makes it difficult to identify staff to comment about unless you ask them. It would also be helpful if staff did have name badges that also had flags on to help guests identify languages spoken by the staff

It was the family trip for 2 nights in Londoner(RM 2166).The stay was not satisfied with the service as the reception’s bad response for my requirement of laundry bags.The receptionist lady told me through the phone that laundry bags only one provided and only for laundry usage.However,if need only 1 more she need to get the approval with management first which I though it was ridiculous and mean also the first time to be heard that felt disrespected.

Arrived to this hotel yesterday after being gifted a night here by my sister for my birthday, upon arrival simply told couldnt stay without presenting the card that was used when booked which I explained this was a gift and the person who booked does not live in the UK was told a straight up no you cant stay so I then said ok well nothing I can do but to obviously get a refund if not able To stay then they said No refund was going to be given the only option they offered me Was to pay again for the room off my own payment card!!! Proper money grabbing Hotel not helpful at all no staff happy and just give one word answers I did eventually just pay the room again off my Own card as had travelled to London with luggage and didnt want to go back home all the way especially with it being my birthday weekend. When got To room its so small everything is such a tight squeeze and its so dark in the hallways and rooms its a joke! There is much better hotels very local and for cheaper with better customer service and better rooms Nothing spectacular at all about this hotel definitely wont be staying again and do not recommend to anyone This hotel id probably give 3stars and not 5 I have stayed in many 5 stars and the Londoner definitely is not a 5 the only 1 good thing about this hotel is the location.

Had great 3 nights in king city room.suggest requesting london eye view as its on quieter side. We stayed bed breakfast and selection and staff are great. Room was lovely and services inc bathroom superb. Look up there website for all information. No8 bar at too is amazing but yes prices are too. !!! Josuas bar is great area and nice bar area staff again are great. We had issue which selbi at reception sorted fast and with understanding. Overall highly recommend hotel for luxurious and comfortable break in heart of west end with access to all areas and tubes in walking distance ! Thank all staff for their professionalism and friendly nature.

The best London hotel we stayed at. Location fantastic, staff and service absolutely brilliant. Comfortable rooms, great nights sleep and within walking distance of all city centre amenities. Wonderful and definitely going back.
