Just marvelous!
Great location at Leicester Square! Totally busy area but so tranquil know you step inside. Love the lounge only for guests. We stayed at many London hotels over the years and this is our favorite. Will come back.

Location and service top notch
Impeccable hotel. Fantastic location. Best part of the experience was the amazing service. The staff went out of their way to meet our needs and help with a few hiccups that we encountered along our vacation. Could not recommend more.

Five-Star Details, Okay Restaurant
The Londoner felt like a proper five-star stay from the room alone: great view, excellent toiletries, good shower accessories, and bottled water refreshed in the room without having to ask. The service had that polished, attentive feel you expect at this level. The Residence was one of my favorite parts. Having a co-working-style space with complimentary service, freshly brewed tea, and waitered service made the hotel feel much more useful than just a nice room. We also used the indoor pool and spa, which were both really nice and added to the whole luxury feel. Only weak spot for me was the restaurant. It was okay, but for a hotel this polished, I expected better.

Amazing luxury hotel, brilliant staff, right in the heart of Leicester Square
This hotel is nothing short of amazing. We had booked another hotel in the area and on arrival, it was a huge letdown. We then walked across Leicester Square to the Londoner and Theodora spent 15 minutes finding us rooms. We knew however from the moment the doormen opened the doors that this was where we wanted to stay. Beautiful lobby area with a bar. Attentive staff who couldn't do enough for us. Help with our bags. Then we get to our rooms - super modern, beautifully appointed and a view through sound-proofed windows directly onto the hustle and bustle of Leicester Square. There is an indoor pool and a gym although we didn't have time to use them. Multiple bars and a rooftop restaurant although again, we didn't have time to look at that. If you want a stay right in the heart of it all, walking distance to theatres etc. and to be well looked after, this place is for you.

Prime location , close to all attractions. If you are a tourist it is a very busy area but fun to have everything within walking distance .
