The Londoner Hotel

Set up appointment for massages at the spa on Friday for Sunday. Emailed the time to confirm. The next day I get an email saying they didnt hear back and gave away our appointments. Will never use this hotel or spa ever based on this. What a disappointment.

Due to a flight cancelation and rebooking we found ourselves at the last minute needing a room in London for two nights. Fortunately, we were able to book with Londoner Hotel. After a long flight from Miami and a train journey from the airport we arrived at the hotel tired and a tad frazzled. This melted away with the warm welcome and the serene lobby. We were quickly checked in, shown around the lobby, The Residence, and off to the room. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was amazing. We made use of The Residence as a lovely spot to enjoy a drink or snack. The pool was relaxing. The breakfast each morning was delicious. All of the amenities provided along with the tremendous service and fantastic location make this hotel a luxury value! Highly recommend!

I stayed at The Londoner on Champions League Final day, and what a fantastic choice it turned out to be. From the moment I arrived, it was clear why this hotel has developed such an outstanding reputation. I have stayed here about 4 times in the last 12 months and the location is simply exceptional and one of the USP's. Sitting in the heart of Leicester Square, you're within walking distance of so many of London's best attractions, restaurants and theatres. The fact that this incredible hotel now occupies the site of the former Odeon cinema somehow makes it feel even more special it's a wonderful reinvention of such an iconic location. For me, this is pound for pound the best value luxury hotel in London. It delivers an experience that comfortably competes with hotels charging considerably more. Check-in was warm, efficient and genuinely welcoming. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, attentive and eager to help. I was even given a tour of the members' lounge, which was a lovely touch and immediately made me feel at home. I do want to mention one small issue on arrival. I was initially allocated an accessible room, which wasn't my preference. However, this was resolved extremely quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Aimee, the Reception Manager, who personally followed up afterwards with a thoughtful apology and reassurance that the feedback had been shared with the team. Mistakes occasionally happen in every hotel what matters is how they're handled, and The Londoner couldn't have dealt with it better. The room itself was beautifully designed, immaculate and incredibly comfortable. Throughout the hotel there's a real sense of understated luxury without ever feeling pretentious. Breakfast deserves a special mention. The combination of an excellent à la carte menu alongside a high-quality buffet was outstanding. The quality of the produce was first class, service was an attentive without being intrusive, and it was genuinely one of the better hotel breakfasts I've enjoyed in London. I should say that , one of the hotel's absolute hidden gems is the gym. Quite simply, I think it's the best hotel gym in London. In fact, it feels less like a hotel fitness room and more like a premium members-only health club along with the swimming pool. The equipment is exceptional, the space is beautifully designed, and if you enjoy training while travelling, it's worth staying here for that alone. It has to be one of London's best-kept secrets. Everything throughout the stay reflected genuine hospitality. The staff consistently struck that difficult balance between professionalism and warmth, making every interaction feel effortless. I've stayed in many of London's finest hotels over the years, and The Londoner continues to stand out. Superb location, outstanding service, excellent food, world-class facilities and remarkable value for what you receive. I'll happily return, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for one of the capital's very best luxury hotel experiences.

Great location at Leicester Square! Totally busy area but so tranquil know you step inside. Love the lounge only for guests. We stayed at many London hotels over the years and this is our favorite. Will come back.

Impeccable hotel. Fantastic location. Best part of the experience was the amazing service. The staff went out of their way to meet our needs and help with a few hiccups that we encountered along our vacation. Could not recommend more.
