The Londoner Hotel

We just wrapped up our stay at The Londoner, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. If you are looking for that perfect mix of high-end luxury and genuine, warm hospitality, this is it. The location itself is incredible. You are right in the absolute thick of London's vibrant West End, but the second you step through those front doors, the frantic energy of Leicester Square completely melts away. The interior design is stunning—it feels incredibly pretty,modern, and artistic, but still cozy and welcoming rather than cold or intimidating. Our room was a masterclass in clever, elegant design. The attention to detail was immaculate, from the lighting controls to the beautiful textures in the decor. And the bed was Absolutely the best! and despite being in such a bustling area, the soundproofing was so perfect that we didn't hear a peep from the streets below. One of the biggest highlights for us was "The Retreat"—the subterranean pool and spa area. After a long day of walking and exploring the city, slipping down there felt like entering a private, peaceful sanctuary. It is beautifully done and the perfect place to unwind. We also spent an evening up at 8 at The Londoner, the rooftop bar. The views out over the city skyline are spectacular, the atmosphere was buzzing, and the cocktails were masterfully crafted. What truly elevates this hotel from a great 5-star property to an unforgettable experience, though, is the staff. From the concierge who gave us fantastic local recommendations to the breakfast team, everyone was incredibly professional, sharp, and attentive without a shred of stuffiness. Thank You!

Location, location, location! The hotel’s location is hard to beat—everything is within easy walking distance or a quick Uber ride away. The design is beautiful, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Even though we got the room upgrade, the rooms still felt smaller than expected. Breakfast could also be improved, particularly with a wider selection of fresh vegetables, and the service was often quite slow. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. With a few refinements, this hotel could be truly outstanding.

The hotel location is perfect, atmosphere is really unique, the room, cleanliness , service and the room standards super start.

Very friendly staff & central location. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Expensive for a small dark room. The Residence should have more complimentary choices. Offering breadsticks, olives, cheese & soft drinks is not enough. Should have more snacks & sandwiches throughout the day for the money you pay for the accommodations. We paid £22.00 for a chicken salad!
