The hotel is well located on Leicester Square. Check in was okay. We were offered help with luggage and given information about the hotel but sue to a band playing it was very noisy. We booked the basic double room that had an internal window and it was great. Really comfy bed, slept well. There were cosy slippers and robes. Bathroom was lovely. Room was clean. It was our anniversary and they brought us some treats which was nice. We could hear some noise I think from the bar. We went to the retreat (pool) which was lovely. You can book a cabana for an hour for free. Staff can bring food and drinks to your cabana. We also went to the bar 8. I didn't notice much choice for non alcoholic drinks. There's lovely views of the London eye and big Ben. Music was a bit too loud for us. We went to the residence lounge which was a nice touch. You get complimentary soft and hot drinks. Also had a small amount of antipasti for free. I think they need to improve the seating though, too low for the tables with poor back support. Breakfast the next day was nice we had full English and eggs Benedict. There is also a continental buffet which they continually kept stocked. I think this hotel offers great value and would recommend.

This boutique, stylish hotel is in Leicester Square, centrally located for sightseeing and easily accessible from Leicester Square tube station. All the staff were helpful, polite and welcoming. A credit to the hotel and hospitality. Our King double room was modern, comfortable with excellent facilities. The heated toilet seat was a novel surprise. The Retreat area is relaxing and I highly recommend prebooking a cabana by the pool when enjoying a swim and a sauna. Everywhere was spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and the choice of fresh fruits was particularly impressive. The residence is a peaceful, relaxing space to enjoy a coffee and a late night drink. The complimentary nibbles were of a very high standard. The quality of the food and drinks at 8 at the Londoner were excellent and the service by Promodi and Gabriel was first class. The complimentary saki drinks at the end of the meal to recognise and celebrate our wedding anniversary was epic. The view over London from the terrace is spectacular. This was our first visit and it won’t be our last.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and I can honestly say it was amazing, we didn’t want to leave, the hotel location was amazing in the centre of Leicester Square, the staff are all very good, it’s a very clean hotel and our room had amazing views, only thing I would say is the breakfast is £39 pp and I don’t eat that much so it would been good if you could have a smaller breakfast and been a little bit cheaper because it is set price but that’s literally the only thing I could say to make this hotel different as it’s honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in!
