The Mayfair Townhouse

Had the BEST experience sitting at the bar late night! The service is PHENOMENAL! Soykot, Romario, Natalia and especially Irfan “THE Boxy” are the freaking BEST!!!

Stayed for 2 nights business and leisure. Great service , food good but room had no view for the cost

I simply can’t say enough wonderful things about Mayfair Townhouse and their staff. A couple weeks before our week long stay, I reached out to Riyas, the head concierge, for some help with planning our first trip to London. He went above and beyond. He was very helpful, resourceful and thorough. When we met him at the Townhouse, he introduced himself and was so very kind and welcoming. The entire staff- from the doormen, the front desk to the bartenders to the housekeeping was so hospitable, friendly and helpful. We will absolutely return to London and stay at Mayfair Townhouse. The location was perfect- within walking distance to many of London’s popular sites but tucked away on a quiet and very safe street. The bar was lovely and the room service was delicious. We absolutely loved this hotel. Thank you to everyone at Mayfair Townhouse!

I had the most amazing time which will stick in my memory for ever! Received The Garden Suite upgrade on arrival from a lovely girl at reception. The room was unbelievable in every way and was the best room I’ve ever stayed in. It was a privilege to stay there. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming and attentive. The interiors and quality of everything at The Mayfair Town house was second to none and I will definitely be staying again the next time I’m in London!

The service was great from the day we arrived until check out. All the team were amazing and especially Maissant. Food was very nice too at the bar. The room size was perfect and all staff were friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone!
