We had wanted to stay close to the city of London & The Mayfair Townhouse was perfect for this. Everything about The Mayfair was just lovely from the door man, reception, waiting staff & everyone we came cross were friendly & helpful. Couldn’t find fault with anything.

Came here for Christmas. Nice festive touches throughout the hotel. Great location. Gym had plenty of dumbbells. Staff were amazing, especially Kate working at the breakfast.

The staff was exceptional and the location cannot be beat! We were four women traveling for a friend’s retirement and this hotel was located in the heart of Mayfair. The concierge, bell staff and attitude of everyone in general was wonderful. We travel a fair amount and will definitely return to this property. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and pubs.
