I had a great stay at The Mayfair Townhouse. Nebih, the concierge, was very helpful and respectful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel very welcome. Really great service, thank you, Nebih!

You couldn’t ask for a nicer hotel that is so centrally located. Great staff and the food and drink in the bar/restaurant was outstanding.

Worst service ever
Pregnant wife. Asked to have the room earlier, they didn’t heard and gave us a small room with dangerous bath instead. Ridiculously small room

Well traveled and beyond a top notch experience
Accolades to David, Kate, Riyas and Aliaus for making the trip fantastic - not only accommodating but friendly and the answer was always yes. Every detail accounted for. Garden suite was lights out and the skylight suite - large and refined. Huge accolades to the concierge team. Location was perfect - only detractor was attention to detail from housekeeping and turn down. 9 of 10 stars. We will 100000% stay only at the MTH ! Love you all. Erika and David Basher.
