The Mayfair Townhouse

Perfect hotel for a weekend trip, amazing food and vibes. The staff were excellent and very lovely. Prime location. The rooms where great and very clean.

I must say that the staff is fabulous despite having a few hiccups. The concierge crew is AMAZING! Sadly we did not receive the room we reserved, though they did find a way to move us on the second night to a nicer room. I recommend to be specific about wanting to be looking at the front view verses the back dump view (this means on the side of the entrance to the Townhouse. Just a heads up, even though this is considered a high-end luxury accommodation, do not expect a suite to be the size you might be accustomed to. Breakfast is included for an additional cost and well worth it but be aware you get to choose both off the menu and eat from the buffet which is not always made clear. The bar has great dinners for those nights you don’t feel like going out on the town. Also know that if you want additional snacks in your room you must ask for them as they oddly only refresh them once every five days and though I asked for a number of things like an extra towel they never did put them in my room. All in all a lovely place to stay as Mayfair is very centrally located.

Fantastic experience at the hotel. Rooms are cosy and nice with all amenities. Staff very friendly and service is excellent - specially at the concierge .. lookout for David if you need any help with reserving restaurants.. pretty well connected with most within Mayfair

The Mayfair Townhouse is an excellent nice and cozy hotel in the best location in London. The nice rooms and excellent breakfast contribute to the great experience.

Great central location, everything is close by. The bar service was amazing.Roy really looked after us, even when the bar was super busy. He was welcoming, polite and genuinely attentive. Thank you Roy🙏 We’ll definitely be coming back.
