NoMad London takes residence inside the historic, grade II-listed building famously known as The Bow Street Magistrates’ Court and Police Station. A collaboration with New York-based interior design studio Roman and Williams, the transformation of the storied 19th century building draws inspiration from its history and location in Covent Garden, as well as exploring the artistic and cultural connection between London and New York. Dining and drinks are central to the NoMad experience. The Restaurant and Side Hustle at NoMad London are now open, and look forward to welcoming you.

Our stay was fabulous. I can't recommend the NoMad enough and hope to return! We are extremely appreciative that the NoMad recognized our Lifetime Diamond Status and upgraded us. It made our stay extremely special. Harsha was very kind at our check in. She went above and beyond to let us know about the upgrade, gave us a drink voucher (for our Bday celebrations), and made sure we were able to check in a little early – she was a treasure. Other experiences we greatly noticed and appreciated: 1. The décor all over the hotel and rooms is gorgeous and luxurious. 2. The little details in the room, i.e.: the Dyson, the slippers, cookie treat upon arrival, waters, dust cloths for our glasses, pen/notepad, robes, etc. 3. Lovely breakfast 4. The library for a quiet cocktail 5. The staff is exceptional – from the doormen to the front desk to housekeeping. 6. The location was perfect and walkable . 7. Our room was cleaned better than many hotels we stay at. 8. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.

My family and I were so excited for our Sunday brunch reservation at Twenty8, but the experience turned into a nightmare before we even stepped inside. At the entrance, a gentleman in a black suit blocked our path. He looked us up and down with utter contempt, giving us a deeply belittling look that made us feel incredibly small. He coldly demanded to know our "reason for entering the hotel." Meanwhile, right next to us, multiple other groups walked straight through the doors, completely unquestioned and warmly welcomed. We were immaculately dressed for the occasion, yet we were singled out and made to feel like common trespassers. To be publicly interrogated and looked down upon in front of my wife and children was absolutely devastating, I am sure we were racially profiled . We left immediately, feeling degraded and deeply hurt. What was supposed to be a beautiful family afternoon was completely ruined by shocking snobbery. If you don't want to be judged and humiliated based on a staff member's whim, avoid this place.

We stopped in here for drinks only which we enjoyed in the very cool library area. The drinks menu was excellent. A really cool place just next to Covent Garden.

I have nothing but glowing things to say about this hotel and from a service perspective, it was the best of our UK/European Travels. The mood of the hotel is pretty epic. Dark and emotional- yet the atrium restaurant is light and so pretty. We had room 411- awesome space if you have a family and value personality in a hotel. The front desk staff went way above and beyond. Free drinks because our room was ready 15 minutes past 3. A discount on a ride that had the smell of stale cigarettes and was hard on my chronically ill kiddo. When a hotel takes responsibility for minor inconveniences that are often beyond their control, I am always super impressed. The food was lovely. Sometimes slow service in the restaurant but everyone was pleasant and a more relaxed vibe is common in London. I mentioned our interest in the art and they had a whole folder printed out for us. I would not hesitate to stay again!!!!

This was my first visit, and I had quite a pleasant three night stay at the NoMad London. The staff are exceptional here: pleasant, helpful, and responsive to any concerns. The guest room corridors can be a bit of a dark, confusing maze here (the building was converted from an old magistrate court and police station, and reflects many of these historic elements), but the staff were helpful in pointing out the easiest path to and from the lobby. I was initially assigned a room that had some odd noise issues, because the pressure difference in the corridor caused heavy air flow around the doorframe, resulting in non-stop swooshing noises. Although I try not to be difficult, I know this would’ve been difficult to sleep with. Thankfully, the front desk staff recognized the issue immediately and personally visited two other guest rooms to find a replacement — and made a note so that I won’t be assigned to a noisy room next time I visit. The hotel is one of the nicer choices for Hilton Free Night Awards in London, with a high pounds-to-points ratio for Standard redemptions. As a Hilton Diamond member, I was able to use my complimentary breakfast credit in the centerpiece palm court atrium restaurant, Twenty8 NoMad. There was no buffet, but plentiful made-to-order options. I also tried the Steak Frites at Twenty8 one evening, and it was perfectly prepared. Service in the restaurant, just like the hotel, was polished and friendly. Note that there is no pool, but there is a basic gym for a hotel of this level, but there are convenient options nearby in Holborn or Covent Garden if you need more equipment to keep up your routine. Overall, I would gladly stay at this hotel again for work or for play.
