Breathtaking!
Our stay at the Shangri-la was amazing! The staff were so incredibly helpful, especially the concierge team (Matt and Saji) and the managers. They truly made the birthday experience wonderful and accommodated my allergy very well.

Brilliant experience! The staff was incredibly helpful. Truly felt like a 5 star experience! Loved the pool, the food and the rooms had a spectacular view. Will definitely be going back there on my next trip.

An exceptional hotel
The Shangri-La London is an exceptional hotel and a must stay for anyone in London. The staff are exceptionally polite and courteous, extremely professional and always available to help and enhance your stay experience. The rooms are wonderful with views that are unequal in London. For those on business or vacation the lack of noise is most welcome. Food is excellent and breakfast is a perfect way to start the day.

Wonderful stay at the Shangri-La The Shard in London
I had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Shanri-La The Shard in London. My room was beautiful with amazing views of London. The entire staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. I want to make special mention of one of the front desk staff, Elias. He was extremely helpful and professional and provided me with some well needed personal care items and also some dinning suggestions. He was very friendly and always wanted to be very helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend staying at the Shangri-La The Shard on your next visit to London.
