Loved every bit of the stay. The views were outstanding. And the location helped us to get around central London super easily. Thankyou Shangri-la. Never dissapoints💓

Excellent! On our last day They picked up our bags in the room while we had breakfast and got it all settled in the cab so when we were done with Breakfast we just rolled into the cab and straight to the airport. Made us feel like rockstars!

This really is an experience like no other. The staff cannot do enough for you & the views are absolutely breathtaking. I could not fault a thing! I felt like a celebrity during my stay, and believe me I am not! We upgraded to a bath with a view and it was worth the money. I highly recommend the pool at the top. It is stunning!

The place is fairly new so everything worked. The location is perfect. It's on top of a train station! The view is just wonderful. The breakfast & dinner is top notch. Room service is great. Concierge desk is among the best. Everyone there really tries to do their best and help you. Service is prompt. Highly recommended. The rooms are pricey, but you pay for what you get.

The highlight has got to be the sweeping views across the city of London, making a fun game of 'pick out the landmark' and a night view that never fails to take the breath away - unparalleled anywhere else. Still, it's fair to say that although we came for the views, we definitely stayed for more - the beautiful, spacious room (sparkling clean of course), the thoughtful and friendly service, and even the breakfast, which had a wide range of selection (we love the fact there is an Asian corner). The afternoon tea at Ting was also delightful, the delicious treats fitting perfectly with the theme and the service always attentive. The welcome tea was a perfect blend of sweetness and refreshing lightness, and the wide range of tea selection was so satisfying too. Well worth a try, especially if you are staying at the hotel! :)
