ALTER EGO- Eddy
Came here tonight with my two friends, we were greeted by a pleasant and chic ambiance. We headed straight to ALTER EGO!!!! Live jazz tonight 8-11 PM… Our Server/Bartender’s name was Eddy, to keep it short and simple he made our night, with the most welcoming hospitality, while also letting us enjoy our time listening to music. Thanks for being so great Eddy!!!

Ok Breakers! Setting that bar high!
From the moment you walk through the doors, this hotel is beautiful. The attention to detail, the atmosphere, and the level of service immediately stand out. We had two business meetings that day and decided to stop in between meetings for some bar bites and drinks. I’m so glad we did! Our bartender, Eddie, was incredibly kind, attentive, and so knowledgeable about the hotel and its history. He even let us take a little peek inside the speakeasy, which was such a cool touch and definitely made us want to come back and experience more of the hotel. We ordered the broccolini, truffle fries, and a side of chicken breast, and everything was DELISH. And of course, Eddie kept the yummy drinks coming! 🍸 What really impressed us, though, was the service. Every single staff member we came in contact with was kind, welcoming, and professional. I’m honestly shocked Fairmont Breakers doesn’t have more reviews because our experience was fantastic. We can’t wait to return, and Fairmont has officially set the bar pretty high for my future hotel stays. Thank you, Eddie, for taking such great care of us and for the delicious drinks! 🥂
