The Allegria Hotel

Our stay was made even better because of Marsha and Jeanette. They helped us in many ways and gave us Great advice on what to do in the area.

The staff here were brilliant, me & my 3 children were left stranded by Norse airlines who only got us a hotel 24 hours after cancelling our flight, they then booked us 1 single bed for 4 people. Ruben at the hotel contacted them and upgraded our room to a much bigger one with more beds. The hotel is lovely, right on the beach and very clean. The food was also amazing 👌🏼

We arrived at Allegria unexpectedly after our flight was cancelled on boxing day. Exhausted, frustrated and desperate to get home, we was greeted by Ruben, he was full of smiles and humour but also compassion for our situation, Ruben immediately made us feel welcomed and at ease after our let down at the airport, swiftly checked us in to 2 beautiful king size rooms with partial sea view, on 1st impression we quickly realised that the hotel is immaculate! We settled into our rooms and went to the restaurant for food, beautiful! The next morning we need to check out but our cancelled flight was still 2 days away, I went down to reception at 6am to be greeted by the lovely Kevin! He was extremely helpful and compassionate, he assured me that we xould extend our stay until our scheduled flight, he gave me a list of things to do in the area and genuinely turned what was going to be a boring 3 days unexpected visit into a busy fun few days on Long Beach! All his recommendations paid off ...Thanks so much Kevin!! 😃 .. Breakfast the next morming we was greeted with a fabulous lady, I didnt catch her name, but despite being ridiculously busy she attended to us and all the other guests amazingly, one of the guests even came over and asked her for a 'selfie' to which she obliged willingly saying 'I feel like a celebrity' she was so lovely! We stayed for 3 nights in total and have no complaints at all, the staff are all lovely, its clear to see they all work as a team and customer service is impeccable, when we checked out we saw Ruben again who recognised us despite only seeing us briefly at check in, Thanks guys for making our delay such an enjoyable one, highly recommend this hotel

Our room had a wonderful ocean view. The beds are extremely comfortable. Mezzanine level is great for visiting with family and friends. Overall it was a great experience. Can’t wait to come back.

The meal was excellent and the staff were super friendly. We received a wonderful welcome. the atmosphere is extraordinary we will gladly return. The wine pairing was superb, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant is excellent. My children were delighted to stay at the hotel and had a wonderful time as well.
