Great stay!!
Booked with large tour group of students after flight delay/cancellation. Staff handled our large group of students and teachers like pros. Restaurant staff made everything go smoothly and were rock stars. Our waitress, I believe her name was Jeanette or Veronica, was awesome, professional and attentive despite being "slammed" with 47 dinner guests all at once. Whichever one of the other ladies were at the front desk were also heroes in making checkin and everything go smoothly. Honestly all the staff we have interacted with have been exceptional. Thank you for a great unexpected stay.

Beautiful service
Came at 1:00am after cancelled AA flight with wife and 2 tired kids. Kevin got us in quickly and smoothly with friendly smiles. He was a huge help to the 1st relief of having a room after a whole evening and night waiting at the chaotic airport with constant delays before full cancelation.

After a long day of flying and missed flights Kevin was a joy to work with. He made me feel very welcome at 2am when I finally made it in. He was friendly professional and courteous. Thank you Kevin for helping me have a nice end to a bad day!!
