Cameo Beverly Hills

Despite the fact that our first evening on 9th of April at Cameo Beverly Hills started with a very bad situation due to the unprofessional behavior of a front desk staff member, we would like to highlight how dramatically our experience changed the very next day. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to DESSY SOLANO, Front Office Supervisor. Thanks to her, all the негативные impressions were completely turned around. She didn’t just fix the situation — she transformed our stay into a truly comfortable and memorable experience. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and level of service were exceptional. It is rare to meet someone who can so significantly change a guest’s perception of an entire hotel. Because of DESSY SOLANO, we can now confidently say that we are looking forward to returning to this hotel again — largely because of the level of service she provided. We truly hope that the hotel management recognizes and values such employees, as they are the ones who build the hotel’s reputation and create a genuine desire for guests to come back.

I had a life changing experience at the Cameo! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beverly Hills, from the lovely staff, the impeccable restaurant, and the most luxurious rooms, my stay was nothing short of wonderful. After having stayed at other hotels in the area, I can confidently say that there isn’t one that is comparable to the feeling of luxury and comfortability by Cameo. The general manger Sonesh is the best in the business and made our visit to LA one to remember. He is incredibly hospitable, and the way he cares for his guests is something that makes Cameo stand out from any other hotel I’ve visited. Huge thank you to Sonesh and his staff for one of the best weekends ever. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed for the easter weekend. we were given a room facing the hills at the 9th floors. the view was wonderful and the balcony is a great feature for the room. great location! very close to many different shops and restaurants. easy to either walk or just get on an uber/taxi. right behind the hotel there is a garage which allows you to easily and conveniently (2 hours free and $ 21 for the day) park the car if you don't want to spend the steep price of the valet parking ($77/night). the bar is wonderful and they make good cocktails. we also had breakfast at the restaurant and the quality was great. I recomend this place if you would like to spend a few days relaxing in a central location of los angeles.

We stayed 3 nights at the Cameo BH during spring break. From Guillermo at the valet stand to Oduwa and Dessy at the front desk, we received pleasant and efficient service at every turn. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and clean. The atmosphere felt sophisticated but not stuffy or pretentious. We had appetizers and drinks in the lounge and had a lovely experience. As for location, it is perfect for getting to all parts of LA. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in LA.
