It was great super service will use in the future

Although this hotel looks nice and the staff are very nice and good, there are many issues with the hotel esp at this price and level of Hilton. The AC can’t be set below 68. I wish they would have advertised this when you book the room. For a hot sleeper who strongly values good ac this made the experience poor. Refrigerator didn’t work. I asked for it to be fixed but it still didn’t work. This is a pretty noisy hotel, Even after switching rooms to one facing the front entrance you can hear street noise and people outside and on the street. Also my doors insulation was broken so I could hear everyone in the hallway. Water temperature in shower didn’t work. Turned it from hot to cool and it didn’t do anything. Toilet also was broken at one point and had to be fixed, For the price I paid (800/night) this was extremely disappointing. Frankly, I feel like I deserve a refund. I wouldn’t suggest staying here,

Great stay at LXR, team very helpful & friendly, in particular Christopher & Drake in valet parking who helped us fit excessive luggage into the trunk to allow for a comfortable drive

My recent stay at the Cameo Beverly Hills was perfection. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was impeccable, striking that rare balance of being attentive and warm without being intrusive. My room was lovely; it was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a refined, comfortable, and memorable stay in the heart of the city, I cannot recommend the Cameo enough.

Such a great experience everyone was so kind and friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the service is great and Eric Sam and Drake were amazing with getting us our car and helping us load our luggage and just great service so thank you.!
