If you've ever had the privilege of sitting at a bar and thinking, "Wow, this guy gets it," then you've probably met Eddie. I travel a lot and have been to countless hotel bars from coast to coast, across cities, countries, and even continents. I can say, without a shred of exaggeration, that Eddie is amongst the highest echelon of bartenders that l've ever encountered. Full stop. No contest. This man doesn't just mix drinks, he crafts experiences. Whether it's a classic Old Fashioned that hits with the precision of a Swiss watch or some off-the-cuff custom creation based on whatever vague mood you throw at him ("Make me something spicy but not sweet and kinda smoky?" Nailed it), Eddie never misses. I've watched Eddie juggle multiple guests in the bar with the kind of chill composure that would make James Bond look frazzled. He's got this effortlessly cool vibe; like your favorite cousin who always knows the best places to eat and within minutes of talking to him, you're not a customer anymore. You're a friend. He remembers your name, your drink, your story. That kind of hospitality? That's a dying art. Honestly, if the hotel were smart, they'd put Eddie on the brochure. He's not just the face of the bar, he's the heartbeat. I keep coming back because Eddie's behind that counter. So if you're staying here (or honestly even if you're not), do yourself a favor: grab a chair, ask for Eddie, and prepare to have the best damn drink of your life made by the coolest guy in the business. We have stayed at this hotel several times prior to the remodel, and loved it then, as it was such a great boutique spot in Beverly Hills -and all we can say now, is WOW—what an incredible upgrade. The transformation is absolutely stunning and has taken an already great hotel to an entirely new level. It completely exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The rooms were stunning—beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully detailed. The artwork and décor throughout the property were truly top notch, creating a stylish and welcoming atmosphere at every turn. A huge shoutout to Eddie, who went above and beyond in the dining area. Not only was he incredibly warm and attentive, but he also took the time to personally show us the remodel and walk us through every detail. His pride in the property really showed, and it made the experience feel even more special. The on-site dining at Zampo was phenomenal. The Japanese/Peruvian fusion cuisine was absolutely incredible, and the hotel/valet attendants were just as amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The newly remodeled downstairs lounge is exquisite and a must-see. Every space in this hotel feels intentional, elevated, and beautifully executed. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional stay with outstanding service and design!

Your employee, Jared, was particularly kind. We were walking to friend's house and he even came way outside to guide us in the right direction. Room service was also excellent with a very attentive person. The room was beautifully designed. Could not have been better
