This hotel has the rudest staff I have ever encountered at any hotel in 40 years. They are only nice to credit cards and only cares about the $19.61 mandatory charge per night and the $150 incidental hold per night. This property claims to be in Beverly Hills but has a Los Angeles County Zip code 90035 so not actually in Beverly Hills. The location is very poor for anyone wanting to use the LA Metro. Even using an Uber it’s not really that close to Rodeo Drive which is approximately 1 mile away. The hotel is currently under construction and very noisy. Please don’t make the same mistake as me as they don’t recognise Hilton Diamond members. Rooms are very old fashioned and was previously the Mr C hotel and has been rebranded under the Hilton Brand and as far as I am aware from a YouTube video posted by the hotel under new ownership. If you want to actually be at the heart of Beverly Hills then don’t book this property.

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. The staff are so rude and unhelpful and only care about charging credit cards. Such a terrible location which I certainly do not class as Beverly Hills as such and many miles from any Metro stations and Uber charge a premium to go to this location.

Beautiful hotel - my new favorite. The valet was wonderful as well - Drake and Guillermo. My room was exquisite and clean, check in felt like a personalized concierge and in a great area. If you are a Diamond member , do not overlook this property !

If you’ve ever had the privilege of sitting at a bar and thinking, “Wow, this guy gets it,” then you’ve probably met Eddie. I travel a lot and have been to countless hotel bars from coast to coast, across cities, countries, and even continents. I can say, without a shred of exaggeration, that Eddie is amongst the highest echelon of bartenders that I’ve ever encountered. Full stop. No contest. This man doesn’t just mix drinks, he crafts experiences. Whether it’s a classic Old Fashioned that hits with the precision of a Swiss watch or some off-the-cuff custom creation based on whatever vague mood you throw at him (“Make me something spicy but not sweet and kinda smoky?” Nailed it), Eddie never misses. I’ve watched Eddie juggle a packed bar with the kind of chill composure that would make James Bond look frazzled. He’s got this effortlessly cool vibe; like your favorite cousin who always knows the best places to eat and within minutes of talking to him, you’re not a customer anymore. You’re a friend. He remembers your name, your drink, your story. That kind of hospitality? That’s a dying art. Honestly, if the hotel were smart, they’d put Eddie on the brochure. He’s not just the face of the bar, he’s the heartbeat. I keep coming back because Eddie’s behind that counter. So if you’re staying here (or honestly even if you’re not), do yourself a favor: grab a chair, ask for Eddie, and prepare to have the best damn drink of your life made by the coolest guy in the business. Cheers, Eddie. You’re a legend.

Drake the valet was fantastic! Professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. Five star service with a smile. Promote as soon as possible.
