Cameo Beverly Hills

Just had the worse experience at a hotel. It was 9pm on a friday night and in bed watching TV with my wife when I heard someone trying to open the door. I jumped and ran to the door and two housekeeper were using their keys to entry the room. They just said sorry and do we need ice. I went to front desk to make a complaint and night manager was not very helpful. We were told they came for turn down service. No place does turn down service 9pm at night or enter a room without knocking. My wife was so shaken by the incident. Do not stay there your safely maybe at risk. Hotel security is a joke. Would be upset if his wife was skaken and he was reponse was crazy. She would have no reason to be scared or shaken I was there. What an insult.

Great hotel in Beverly Hills. Not too big, and the staff are great. Nice benefits if you are a Hilton member. Lance at the valet was exceptional as was the front desk staff. Only negatives were the $12 drip coffee and the $3 water bottle.

I’ve been fortunate to stay in some of the most exclusive hotels and resorts in the world, so I’ve grown accustomed to attentive service. On rare occasions, staff simply go above and beyond my lofty expectations. Two members of the Cameo Beverly Hills team did that on this visit. On separate and coordinated trips, Jackson and Anthony found some lost items in our vehicle with speed and courtesy. We’re so appreciative I felt compelled to write. (And an extra tip of the cap to Jackson who reminded me of Anthony’s name and ensured they both shared in the credit.).

Erick Morales, bellman, was very professional and helpful. The rest of the bell staff was also exemplary. The hotel is wonderful.

Lance and Erik were very kind and most helpful during my stay.
