Great Staff and Great View
Great customer service, the front desk were very helpful. Helped with all the services availiable and even worked it out with us. Very friendly, communication on point. Woulf 100% recommend and visit again. Also the view from the rooms were crazy good from the 11th floor.

Amazing
I was so tried from a long day of travel and this was the perfect stay nice location and view from my room was mindblowing.Rain at the front desk was friendly. and reasturent staff also very nice.

Amazing stay
We had a great stay at the Cameo. Room was huge and very clean. We had the pool to ourselves! Amazing experience with the Valet, Sam and Isaac were very friendly, made our time here really enjoyable and easy. They really went the extra mile! Thank you again! 🥰

At Best It's a "Meh" Hotel
I'm so mixed in this property. It's valet only parking for one, and I usually can't stand that. As in if it was free and I had to pay to self park, I would pay. BUT at the cameo, the valet guys are on it. I never waited long for my car and they kept it close when I was heading back out soon after dropping my car. Sam was super helpful and remembered my face from my first pick up. So, bottom line, the valet surpised me in a good way. Some of the less good stuff is restaurant...Definitely not worth the price and even more annoying is there if an automatic 20% added to your bill no matter what. I literally bought a $7 muffin, sitting in a plastic box on the bar. They put it in a bag and added "gratuity". Guests also can't turn off the on their balcony. It shuts off automatically at 1030pm. So if want to sleep earlier than 1030 without closing the curtains all way or sit out on the balcony without bugs around the light it's not possible. Front desk personnel weren't terrible, but not great either. The $18 credit for Hilton gold and diamond members definitely won't get you close to real breakfast. And while the valet guys are great, the $70 price is a bit excessive. Bottom line, I don't think I'd return to cameo.

Five star Treatment
The Cameo Beverly Hills was nothing short of amazing from the ambience of the decor, to the warming smiles of the staff. Drake and Sam from valet were extremely helpful with our bags. Oduwa was extremely helpful with making my wife’s birthday special upon checkin with a delightful surprise she is the best !!! Elezibeth in the dinning room pointed us in the direction of some of the best Afro Caribbean food I’ve ever had !!! What an amazing team. You guys definitely made this weekend special …
