Cameo Beverly Hills

We stayed here for three nights in this beautiful hotel. Staff is friendly. Furniture looks new. Room is clean and comfortable. There is no refrigerator, minibar, or coffee machine in the room. However, they do have free Lavazza coffee in the morning near the front desk. I like that all the rooms have balconies with a cafe table, comfortable chairs, and nice views. The restaurant on the 12th floor has chandeliers and beautiful views. The food there is not spectacular, but OK. This hotel is currently undergoing some renovations, so there is no lobby. Street parking is free on Sundays. The valet parking attendants are very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Our visit started with wonderful, welcoming front desk personnel; next up, our assigned room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and most of all, equipped with a very comfortable bed, that afforded me the most restful sleep in a while. The Cameo's location is convenient to everything we wanted to go to/see (LACMA, Farmers' Market, favorite restaurants...so, all good on that front. Great value. we'd go there again.

Had no idea this property was under renovation when I booked it. There is no lobby, no dining, no gym, nothing. There is active construction going on while you are walking to your room. Furniture is sitting outside, furniture has plastic on it. I tried calling Hilton to complain and I was told I cannot do that until I check out. What a rip off. They should have kept this place closed until it was done. Very poor decision making by Hilton.

Had an incredible stay at this property! The room seemed freshly renovated and the staff have been top notch. We had dinner at the restaurant and the view was almost as good as the food. Eddie was our waiter and he truly made the experience and had us excited to come back!

The hotel is very nice, clean and well cared for. Staff were warm, friendly, helpful, and professional. One stand out employee is Oma. We happened to stay during a particularly busy part of the hotel’s renovation. Because we had my mother in law, as well as our one year old, and 4 year old, I was very concerned about them getting in and out of the entrance. Oma listened and truly heard and understood my concern. Within 15 minutes she had us transferred to another property and had everything worked out. We will definitely stay here when we return. Thank you!
