I recently stayed at the Cameo Beverly Hills and can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From start to finish, everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was outstanding—welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, setting the tone for a truly enjoyable stay. The hotel itself looks fantastic following its recent remodel; it’s stylish, modern, and impeccably maintained. The rooms were exceptional—comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. I also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s bar and restaurant. Both spaces are beautiful, vibrant, and offered great service, making them perfect spots to relax and unwind during the stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its leadership. I’d especially like to recognize Sonesh Mool, Area General Manager of the Cameo Beverly Hills. Several months ago, I briefly met him, and during this stay he not only remembered my name but personally welcomed me back as a VIP. That level of attentiveness and genuine hospitality is rare. I travel weekly and regularly stay at high-end hotels, and I can honestly say he is the best general manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, especially considering the value the hotel offers. I left feeling genuinely appreciated as a guest and completely confident that this is one of the best places to stay in Beverly Hills. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend the Cameo to anyone looking for a top-tier hotel experience.

I don't even know where to start. Yes I do. The staff. From the moment I pulled up in my Lyft until I left 2 days later the staff was amazing. I didn't grab the names of the valet but each of them were amazing. I arrived Wednesday and left Friday because I only flew out for Dodgers opening day. I was in and out so much it but each time the gentlemen were amazing. Personable, professional and just incredible. My bag was heavy but I didn't have to touch it. arriving or leaving because they met me each time an closed me in. The front desk staff, Jared and Devenia (spelling) were just amazing. Coming from the East Coast and staying in a many of Hilton's, this staff was one of the best I have ever encountered. Housekeeping (please forgive the spelling here as well, Odeewa, Dessy an the wonderful woman who came with my breakfast both mornings (sorry her name escapes me. I was exhausted from trying to do 1000 things in 2 1/2 days) Was also just the sweetest. She didn't even blink when i had my wig just sitting on the chair. The view was spectacular and the food was great. The only thing that I didn't like was leaving. My firm has and office at 10100 Santa Monica BLVD. I told them all about Cameo and that they should definitely recommend them to clients that may be visiting. I can't wait to go back. To they higher ups that are reading this, give everyone a raise, bonus or something! They deserve it. Thank you all for everything.
