Everything was wonderful for our Wedding Anniversary visit. The room with the sunset view was very appreciated and also the help from bellmen Owen and Angel. Our first experience with Gold Level service was exceptional! The food and beverage offerings in the lounge were delicious and plentiful. There were several other amenities that we did not have time for on this visit, but we hope to return. We especially want to mention the warm hospitality from Gold Level specialists Alice, Bella, Jatin and the entire Gold Attendants Team

Great Service
My experience at the Fairmont Century Plaza was outstanding. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the room was elegant and comfortable, and all amenities were top-notch. The dining and facilities exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for a luxurious and memorable stay. I look forward to returning!

Great Hotel
This is a terrific hotel located in Century City. It is a Midcentury Modern gem, and was updated several years ago to enhance its features. The public areas are beautiful. My room was large, comfortable, and immaculate. The bathroom was very large. There were plenty of outlets too. Service was excellent throughout my stay, beginning at check in. I will definitely return-this is my favorite hotel in LA.

French Fare Meets Pastry Artistry
Lumiere at Fairmont offers great ambiance & amazing food. We had a pleasure of meeting the Pastry Chef, Nancy G., knowledgeable, warm, down to earth vibe. We chatted about her pastries, and wow, the creativity and detail she puts into them is unreal. Total talent.
