Beautiful, professional and friendly hotel
Beautiful hotel. Staff went beyond the call, friendly, helpful and nothing was a problem. Century Plaza across the road so easy walk. Definitely be back here.

Front desk experience - Paul the Professional
We were particularly impressed by the professionalism and thoughtfulness of Paul at the front desk after a particularly difficult evening at LAX, light mayhem and more. His excellence was only exceeded by his empathy.

Unpleasant experience and snubby environment
I went to the lobby bar for a drink, but the bartender didn’t acknowledge me, even after waiting. When I tried to sit on an empty chair, a couple of ladies told me I couldn’t sit there and were quite territorial. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming and snubby, which was disappointing.

Extremely conscientious staff in the lobby!
I was incredibly impressed by the lobby staff, especially Alvin Loh. I had lost my wallet in a Waymo, and Albert and other staffed used the security cameras to identify me as the person who lost the wallet…and then spent 3 hours trying to find me. He actually identified me by my shoes the next time I passed through the lobby, and because of his efforts, I got my wallet back from Waymo in a couple hours. Thank you again, Alvin!!

Beautiful Hotel
We loved this hotel! The rooms are beautiful and the staff is amazing. Also, the hotel is in a great location, it was so convenient.
