I want to say the ambience of the lobby and the staff is great! I want to thank Toby from Food and Beverage ; great person and great customer service! Also all the lobby bar staff!

Don't lie to your guests about EV charging.
This hotel literally lied to me three times about putting my EV on the charger overnight. First night Valet ($65) - can you put my car on the charger? Yes. Did they - no. Second night Valet ($65) - can you be sure to put my car on the charger? Yes. Did they - no. 2 am telephone call to front desk. Can you be sure to put my car on the charger - yes - did they - no. Third night - I drive to the mall next door and find one measly space with the slowest charger I have ever used ($33 ChargePoint + $32 parking). Finally, Valet supervisor explains that the hotel only has one very slow EV charger which they share with the adjoining residence tower. Guess who gets priority? - the residence tower... Long story short - don't drive an EV to this hotel or you will regret it.

Club lounge and the staff there -Amazing!
The lounge and the lounge staff are amazing. Specifically, Bella and Kevin are friendly, helpful and willing to accommodate any request. Every stay, we are greeted warmly and the interactions with them define the standards of the Fairmont brand and this incredible hotel. We are regulars and this continues to be our favorite hotel in the area.
