Perfect hotel for our family visit to Beverly Hills; can’t wait to come back
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is newly renovated, and everything was fresh and stylish. Summer at the front desk upgraded us to a corner suite (thank you Summer!) as part of our AmEx The Hotel Collection benefits. The room had a great layout and was very comfortable. The in room dining was delicious and arrived extremely quickly. John our bellman helped us out on multiple occasions, and he was such a kind and charismatic guy, we really appreciated him. My only minor complaints were that the TV in our living room was hung pretty crookedly, and the service at Lumiere was quite slow every time we went. The food at Lumiere, however, was delicious, and both of our waiters were so friendly and accommodating. Neither of those small knocks would cause me to reconsider our decision to stay here. Overall, the hotel is really beautiful, the live music in the bar was fun, the location can’t be beat, and every single staff member we interacted with was on point. All of the valets were awesome too; they were all hustling and extremely personable and welcoming. Thank you all for giving us a wonderful stay.

Memorable stay in Los Angeles
I think what sets this hotel apart from all the others in the Los Angeles area is the customer service. Particularly Billie, in the Fairmont Gold area was especially helpful. She goes above and beyond to help guests and has amazing customer service skills.

Pleasant and accommodating
The room was not ready one hour after check in time. The staff was very apologetic and accommodating to find us a room so that we could get ready for a graduation. The bellman John was exceptionally kind. He made our welcome and farewell pleasant.
