Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel

From the moment we arrived, the valet had our doors open and luggage in hand. Colleen greeted us warmly at the front desk and remembered us from our last visit. Matthew, the front office manager, introduced himself and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless and comfortable, with excellent maid service throughout. The pool area was a highlight: great atmosphere, great service, and lunch cooked right there on the grill. My beet salad with fresh grilled prawns was superb. Sonya at the lobby bar remembered us too and mixed excellent drinks. Breakfast was outstanding, both the service and the food. Simply put, this is my favourite hotel in Los Angeles. Unbelievable service and experience. I am from out of town and had back surgery. The Team at the Fairmont took excellent care of me. I recommend the Gold package. I had everything and more, than I needed, including care from the team there. It made my surgery a little less painful. Thank you!

Excellent stay along with excellent staff from John the bellman, to front desk, and housekeeping. Everyone in the gold lounge was polite and helpful! Way to go Fairmont!! My only complaint is that, I thought it was strange that in the rooms the toilet is a totally different area from the shower area. It appears that maybe during a remodel the rooms used to be a full bathroom and a half. Otherwise, the rooms have super large showers, TVs, comfortable beds, and down everything. Super comphy!! Will return!!

Absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end! I visited the spa at Fairmont Century Plaza and WOW — the entire experience was amazing. The level of service is truly like no other. The red light therapy is an absolute must, the spa beds are unbelievably comfortable, and the facial was unlike anything I have ever experienced. Lauren at the Spa Front Desk was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, polished, attentive, and welcoming, and she set the tone for the entire experience from the moment I arrived. Leonora, my therapist, is truly exceptional. She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. The facial felt completely personalized, and I can genuinely say it was the best facial I have ever had. Antonina, the Spa Director, was absolutely wonderful. She was so warm, gracious, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can immediately tell how much she cares about the guest experience and about making every detail feel special. She made me feel incredibly well taken care of, and her personality and hospitality added so much to an already amazing experience. Even before arriving at the spa, I received such a warm welcome at the hotel. Enzo at the Front Desk was super helpful, and Managers Antonio and Fernanda were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. Fairmont Century Plaza is truly something special. The hotel is beautiful, the spa is exceptional, and the service throughout is on another level. This was easily one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. Great job, Fairmont Century Plaza! I cannot wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience hosting our sound bath at the Fairmont Century Plaza. From the initial planning through the day of the event, the management team was incredibly easy to work with, communicative, and supportive in helping us bring the experience to life. The staff on property was equally accommodating and attentive, making sure our team had everything we needed throughout the event. Hosting at such a beautiful property was already special, but the level of hospitality and professionalism from the entire Fairmont Century Plaza team made the experience even more seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to returning and collaborating with them again!
