Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel

First class all the way. Century City is one of the leading Fairmont hotels. Special thanks to Owen who took care of us throughout our visit. A gentleman and professional anticipating our groups needs. We will return :)

Our stay at the Fairmont Century Plaza was exceptional from the moment we arrived through our departure. Traveling with my mom and my sister, we immediately felt welcomed and cared for. Check-in was seamless and efficient—the front desk agent Nancy recognized that we were tired from our travels and thoughtfully expedited the process. Her attentiveness and ability to anticipate our needs truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. Christian from guest services was very helpful and took it upon himself to assist with our luggage. Throughout our time at the hotel, the service remained consistently warm and professional, and the atmosphere was both elegant and relaxing. Every detail felt intentional, making our experience comfortable and memorable. The Gold Lounge experience was equally impressive. The staff there were wonderful. Jatin, Kevin, Beatriz, Janette, Billie, and Fernanda went out of their way to offer us coffee and juices so we didn’t even have to get up. Jatin and the team consistently checked in and offered assistance, making us feel incredibly well taken care of throughout our time in the lounge. After the lounge, Jatin thoughtfully anticipated that I would enjoy the spa amenities and suggested I take advantage of them to relax. It was such a personalized recommendation and added another layer of comfort and care to our stay. I truly needed it and felt more relaxed. Lauren and her staff at the spa were very accommodating. By the time we departed, we all agreed that it had been an amazing stay. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and genuine hospitality made this a visit we won’t forget—and one we would happily repeat. Thank you all for the exceptional service. Our stay at the Fairmont Century Plaza was wonderful! Antonio is such a gem and we appreciated his help when booking our reservation. He took great care of us and ensured that everything was as we needed it. Vincenzo had such a warm demeanor at check-in, which was much appreciated since we arrived close to 11pm and were very tired from a 7-hour drive. He offered us waters and quickly got us checked-in and all set up for our room. The rooms are beautiful and truly relaxing.

Wonderful experience with Summer at the front desk who told us about the Easter special upgrade and kept checking on our room to be ready. She also went out of her way to give us advice on Asian restaurants and beauty products. She is lovely. Our family enjoyed our stay!! :)
