Top-notch service by Fairmont
This was our second stay at Fairmont Century Plaza and we are very happy that we returned. This hotel has all the qualities of the best Fairmonts - spacious, beautiful rooms will all the amenities you would expect. In fact, the entire property has that same spacious yet comfortable vibe. The Gold Lounge is one of the best anywhere, highlighted by warm and welcoming employees. A special mention goes to Jessica, who helped us recover a lost wallet after we checked out. We called from the airport and she immediately helped to track it down and then arrange for it to be returned. If you think "above and beyond" service is a thing of the past, then try Fairmont Century Plaza and prepare to be pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic Weekend with my Work Family
Lovely stay at a fabulous convention! Excellent food & polite, helpful staff. A highlight of our stay was being helped with our luggage by bellmen Owen and Angel. Fabulous service was provided by these two gentlemen!

Amazing stay
Amazing stay with the fam, cleanliness was above par. We did end up leaving some items in the room that we thought we did and Jessica was a gem and helped us make sure we did not miss anything. We thought we left things in the room, but jessica helped us double check and turned out we had all our things

More Than A Hotel
Bella, Antonio, Edras & Beatriz looked after us so brilliantly - Fairmont Gold is our home away from home in LA - they’re so attentive I hesitate to write a review that should have people streaming in for their care - again thanks Fairmont Team - you’re the best!
