Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel

Colleen and Owen welcomed me as an early arrival without a glitch. Their smiles greeted me as if I was an old friend.

It’s a beautiful hotel aesthetically and service is consistently attentive and personable. We’ve stayed a few times and always feel appreciated and taken care of. Definitely worth it for the location, top tier service, cleanliness, and modern rooms. This time, my husband and I visited for a couple of nights after a weekend in Santa Barbara and it was the perfect wind down before going home. We usually do the Gold Experience, but we’ve gotten consistent and nice experience without Gold as well. Rooms: The rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and always spotless. The decor is modern and the beds sleep very well. We also love that they have Le Labo toiletries. Location: We typically spend the most time on the west side, so Fairmont is a nice central location for areas we frequent such as: Beverly Hills, Westwood, Venice, Santa Monica, West Hollywood. Service: Personable and thoughtful always. We requested extra towels before check-in and extra towels were in our room, even with an early check-in. Every team member we engaged with was so personable and caring from valet to check-in, to the bellman, to maintenance. We had a small issue with the fridge in our room upon check-in. It was a minor inconvenience and not a huge deal for us, but it was for them! They had maintenance up within a few minutes, got it taken care of, and the General Manager even emailed me the next morning to acknowledge the issue and apologize. This went such a long way with us! Fairmont Century City is definitely or go-to hotel in LA and we highly recommend.

From pictures, the hotel looked like it was built in the 1960s and I took a chance booking here bec it was a quieter area than West Hollywood. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are spacious and amazing and the staff particularly John, Christian and Ty and the Fairmont gold staff are amazing. They made my stay so wonderful! Will be back here again.

We’ve stayed here for a week. The hotel bedding is clean and comfortable. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, responding promptly to requests. Thanks to John and a tall gentleman with glasses at the front desk. They were always able to sort out all kinds of issues for us, making every return to the hotel feel like coming home.

Giving this review for a super star named John. He goes above and beyond and is the bellman. Request him if you can. And thank you John, for your help. You really made our day during a stressful work week which is the reason for our visit. Never know just how far your kindness goes. Thank you sir!
