Warm, attentive service that made marathon weekend easy
We had a wonderful stay. The staff truly made the experience special, especially John from the bell team. From the moment we arrived he helped with our bags, offered us water, and greeted us with such warmth and kindness. It immediately set the tone and gave us a great first impression. We did have a small issue with our shower drain, but the team handled it immediately and moved us to a new room without any hassle. The response was quick and professional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive, and during a busy LA Marathon weekend they made everything feel calm, smooth, and stress-free. We really appreciated the level of care and hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.

Incredible service
The service I’ve received this weekend has been top notch. I had a lot of gear to unload from my car and John went above and beyond to help me deliver to my room. He was so kind and careful. Everyone in the valet station were also so friendly and great to work with!

Spa services were phenomenal!
I am a guest at the hotel, visited the spa for a much needed massage. When I arrived at the spa, I was greeted by several of the friendly staff at the front desk. They promptly checked me in, brought me a tea and then I was escorted around the spa. The facilities are wonderful; Clean and well stocked. After using the spa fscilities, I was greeted by my masseuse, Paul. He was fantastic - made me feel comfortable, was attentive and gave me a fantastic spa. I left feeling rejuvenated! Highly recommend booking a treatment here!
