An Exceptional Gold Lounge Luxury Experience
I didn’t know what I was getting into, but the Fairmont exceeded every expectation. The Gold Lounge offered a truly luxury experience—breakfast served until 10am, dinner from 5–7pm, and light bites, beverages, and snacks available throughout the day. The private VIP Gold Lounge for check-in and check-out made the experience feel seamless and exclusive. Exceptional service from the staff, especially Jatin, Jenneth, Alex, and Bella. I can’t wait to return.

Too bad rooms aren’t nice
The hotel public areas are fine. I don’t see how anyone can complain about the service, offerings or ambience in the Gold lounge. The main lobby bar is fine as well, with decent drinks menu and good service. Excellent, large gym as well. If I could only stop there this would be a great review. The room was awful. Poor layout, ugly furniture, strangely proportioned bathroom, horrid lighting. It’s cheaper than the hotels up the road, and now I see why. Fix the rooms, it’d be a great place.
