Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel

The Fairmont Century Plaza hotel is a beautiful, classy hotel. The Staff are vey professional, kind, courteous , delightful and extremally helpful. I visited the hotel when it was first open. Being on the Board of Directors for the Greater Los Angeles Association of Legal Administrators, I was delighted to have met the catering and hotel crew. The hotel would not be at the high grade it is without the professionalism of the staff. Denise and Utku, Royal Service Ambassadors went out of their way to make sure that my friends, the Deetjen's whom I have not seen for 15 years be upgraded to the 8th floor to make them feel so welcomed and comfortable. The Deetjen's were extremely happy and grateful for this great welcome. The Association had many events in the wonderful meeting rooms. I had many law firm events at the hotel when it was the Century Plaza Hotel. No words can express my thanks and appreciation to the wonderful, hard working staff. The Lumière Brasserie restaurant has amazing delicious dishes that you enjoy as you comfortably sit with lights and beautiful trees surrounding you. My thanks to Bertrand Brzezinski, Jamie Walters, Kendale Lopez, Michelle Quinteros, Ivana Stevanovich and Jacob Chung. What a great team for the Fairmont Century Plaza that are all deserve to be applauded for their hard work and their wonderful smiles as they greet the guests! Viviane A. I did not stay here but I did attend a travel agent event in the outdoor patio area of the Lumiere restaurant. The patio can accommodate around 30 guests which was perfect for our event. The bar service and the buffet style food was so delicious. The water fountain and the decorations made it a perfect evening. The only drawback is there is no street parking in the area and you have to valet which is pricey.

As a long-term resident of the Fairmont Century Plaza I can’t say enough good things about management and staff who make every day a special occasion. A special shout out to Alvin Loh and team who focus on the safety, security and enjoyment of all guests. You are exceptional!

Giving Eddie a 5 for being the best! His service was outstanding from start to finish, and he made every moment at the bar fun and memorable. He’s quick, attentive, and knows how to craft the perfect drink while keeping everyone smiling. Eddie’s personality is absolutely fabulous, friendly, upbeat, and genuinely caring about us. He’s the kind of bartender who turns an okay day into an amazing day. Eddie you're the BEST!!!!!
