Amazing Customer Service!
We had an exceptional experience at the Fairmont Century Plaza. My wife and I were visiting Los Angeles for a family wedding with our toddler in tow, and when we checked in we only had a few precious hours to unpack, get ready, feed our little one, and get going. At check in, we were greeted by Ashley, who realized that our room wouldn’t be ready for us on time, and without any prompting or inquiry from us, she provided us with a complimentary upgrade to an amazing suite that was ready for us right away. From that moment through our check out the next day, our time at the Fairmont Century Plaza was incredibly relaxing and truly added to our memories of the wedding weekend. We can’t thank Ashley and the entire Fairmont team enough for their amazing service and hospitality - we will be back soon!

Awesome experience!
Peter and Chris at the valet were awesome! Lowk so nice and very helpful! We always got our car real quick. The room and gym were also delightful and the gym had a ton of equipment and machines to use. It was pretty empty the entire time we were there.

The Hyatt Gold staff were excellent. Attentive, professional, helpful znd curtious Bell staff especially Owen was always on point and helpful...They always knew who we were and anticipated needs The Gold Club staff was superb and helpful in getting a mobile notary and printing and scanning the completed documents.

Wonderful
The experience was very nice. The valet parking team was very sweet and kind. I was helped by Peter who was very helpful and sweet. Made sure that I was welcomed and also during my check out, he greeted me so well. Really appreciate their hospitality.
