Another wonderful stay!
I love this Fairmont and the staff here is absolutely incredible. I stay often for work in LA. John from luggage assistance is the best. Always so helpful when I am traveling with items for work! The gym and lobby bar are also wonderful. I’ll be back soon!

Lovely hotel
A very comfortable hotel in a very good location and with very welcoming staff especially the porter John. I have stayed a couple of times and always enjoyed the hospitality.

John’s Exceptional Service
Our bellman, John, was exceptional in how well he took of my wife and me. We had a lot of bags that he handled carefully organized in our room when he delivered them. He told us about air conditioning and set it the way we wanted. He gladly got ice for us. He explained where things are in the hotel. John was upbeat, friendly, and informative. He is a rare find and positive asset for the Fairmont.
