Perfect base for west LA
Perfect location. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Most memorable is the excellent service - professional, efficient, unpretentious staff at every turn. Five stars all the way. Special shout out to Freddy at the valet / bell service for going out of his way to make us feel at home. No better place to stay when in LA…we will definitely be back!

Unbelievable stay!
Nothing but fantastic things to be said about this hotel. This is my second stay there and this time I upgraded to Gold. Both stays were wonderful but having the Gold was unbelievable! Jatin and his staff were incredible! So attentive and friendly - best experience ever!

Great Personal Service
We were distracted and left a bag behind in our room after a recent stay. A call to the hotel once we returned home was quickly directed to Security/Lost & Found where Claudia provided outstanding service and located our missing bag. We can't thank her and the hotel enough for her kindness and professionalism in ensuring our bag's return. We were in L.A. for a funeral. Losing this bag would have made a difficult trip even more challenging. Claudia's personal attention speaks volumes about the culture this hotel must set for its team. Thank you.

Excellent stay!
We had a great experience at the fairmont century. The gold lounge was just perfect and the staff was wonderful. Including Jannetj, Billie and Edro. At the front desk, Bo was very helpful always and Nancy as well as everyone.

Great stay!
What a wonderful stay! We had such an incredible stay at this amazing upscale hotel. We were upgraded to a nice room with a great view. Upon check in Jordy was exceptional. . .he was attentive, friendly and welcomed us when we arrived. We also went to Lumiere which was a great hotel restaurant with a cozy French bistro vibe. We sat at the bar and Rolando was exceptional. This was our first time staying at this great hotel and wont be our last as we had such a phenomenal stay. Jordy also welcomed us with some welcome drinks as our room wasn't ready. Great stay cant wait to come back!
