Management doesn't really seem to care about guest satisfaction or service. We stayed only one night and we discovered that our beds were not properly made with correctly sized sheets until late evening when housekeeping staff were gone. They were too small and did fully cover the exposed mattress pad nor fully cover the comforter of queen sized beds. It was late and extra sheets could not be supplied to us. I expressed to management that I was concerned that it was not sanitary as the mattress was exposed, they simply stated that they had checked with housekeeping who stated that the correct size sheets were provided, despite the fact that I sent photos which clearly showed that they were not. We were credited valet parking in compensation, but it concerns me that despite having photos as proof, that they chose to simply go with housekeeping's word and did not bother checking the room for themselves either. The property was trendy and cute, but will not ever stay there again due to the lack of concern by management to do their due diligence to properly investigate a legitimate guest complaint. Disappointing as a platinum Bonvoy member.

I stayed here for a work trip and ran into what should have been a trivial issue: getting my Bonvoy number added to a reservation booked by an outside partner. A front desk agent had already added my colleague’s number to the same reservation. When I asked for the same, I was refused. When I pointed out the inconsistency, the agent threatened to remove my colleague’s number instead of just helping me. That’s not a policy conversation. That’s a threat. I raised the issue with a second agent later in the day. She followed up, which I appreciated, but the response amounted to: “we can’t help you, sorry for the confusion.” No accountability, no attempt to make it right, just boilerplate. What bothered me most wasn’t the policy itself. It was the hostility from the first agent and the complete lack of any real resolution. Two Bonvoy members, one reservation, and the property’s response to a straightforward request was to get adversarial rather than find a path forward. The property is fine. The room was fine. But loyalty programs only mean something when properties treat members with basic respect. This fell well short of that.
