The staff were phenomenal—friendly, laid-back, and genuinely passionate about making your stay memorable. They offered great local recommendations and made me feel like part of the Ziggy family. The decor and location of the Ziggy is what sealed the deal!

65 dollar for parking per day is outrageous, almost more expensive than the stay. When kindly asking the staff for cheaper alternatives, they can’t help (they are probably instructed or getting paid not to give any advice), the street is not allowed due to permit restrictions, and the staff doesn’t know any parking garages nearby. We kindly rejected the expensive valet parking and searched for a cheaper parking garage at a 15 minute walk. The parking garage of 8000 sunset strip is 24 dollars a day. If you leave your car there for multiple days (without going out) you can say you lost your ticket and only pay the maximum amount of 24. Saves you hundreds of dollars, you’re welcome in advance ;) For the rest; rooms are really nice and clean, but a bit noisy, street noise is heard all night on a low level.

This is a cool, well located and laid back hotel. The pool was large enough for me to do my morning laps (as people saw) and the water temperature was fine. Great location. I was able to take buses everywhere and the Lyft to the airport came quickly and was not very expensive.I enjoyed the decor of the place, and looking at the photos, posters and relics you have of the music industry.

This has by far been the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The room was not completely clean. The staff is rude and not respectful at all. I have been over charged for my stay and I am having to fight back for my money. I would never recommend this dirty Hotel to anyone. Motel 6 has better accommodations than this place.

This hotel is amazing in every way! It's gorgeous, fun, and funky! Location is great, pool area, rooms, and lobby/bar are gorgeous. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free margarita hour is a nice bonus. Literally every single thing about this hotel is wonderful!
