The staff here is amazing! Special shout out to Skii as she showed an immense amount of professionalism and empathy to the patrons and staff. Love this place and will always look for their availability of anywhere else in DTLA.

From the moment you pull up to the InterContinental Los Angeles, you know you’re in for something special—but what truly sets this place apart is the people. The experience starts the second you arrive, where Jareal greets you with such genuine warmth and kindness that you instantly feel taken care of. Throughout my stay, he consistently went above and beyond—always helpful, always professional, and truly a class act. What stood out the most was how he remembered my name and greeted me every single morning as I left the hotel. It’s those small, thoughtful touches that turn a great stay into an unforgettable one. Walking into the lobby only reinforces that first impression. Manny and the entire team create an atmosphere that is both polished and inviting. Check-in feels seamless, and you’re treated less like a guest and more like someone they’ve been expecting. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stand out. And then there’s Spire 73—an absolute must. The views are breathtaking, but what made the experience unforgettable was the service from Jorge R. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, striking that rare balance between attentive and relaxed. You never feel rushed, just completely taken care of while enjoying one of the most stunning rooftop settings in LA. Overall, this stay wasn’t just about a beautiful hotel (which it absolutely is)—it was about the people who made every moment feel elevated. Exceptional service like this is hard to come by, and it’s exactly why I’ll be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental. Seriously can it get any better? The room with the stunning view, the location, the cocktails but above all the service and a special shout out to Manny Ayala, the concierge, who was at our back and call and seem to have been for everybody. We brought some special food that we wanted to store in the fridge but that was filled with alcohol for purchase. No problem said Manny I'll bring you a fridge and within 10 minutes we had another mini fridge in the room. Outstanding service.

It’s a beautiful hotel, and above all the staff are extremely kind. We had ordered an Uber, and the entire downtown area was closed due to the parade celebrating the Los Angeles Dodgers winning the championship. Christopher Miller was perfect in guiding the Uber to the parking entrance—something I would have been completely unable to do myself. Thank you again. Michel et Laurence

An incredible hotel where check-in takes place on the 70th floor. From there, you are immediately treated to a sensational view over Los Angeles, stretching all the way to the Pacific Ocean! The rooms feature modern furnishings, and the beds ensure a very good night's sleep. It is also very clean. The hotel's rooftop terrace (which houses a restaurant) is open to the public and serves as a true insider tip for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic view of L.A. The Club Lounge is spacious and cozy. The food served there is varied and of high quality. The staff are friendly and very pleasant. The location is superb. It is situated close to the Crypto.com Arena and right in Downtown—an area with plenty to offer. However, it is quite a distance from the airport. The $50 service fee is too expensive. Overall, the hotel comes highly recommended; the building itself is truly something special, and I don't believe there is a better view of Los Angeles to be found anywhere else.
