Fantastic experience
Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff. Special thanks to Marvin the conciërge,who helped me make this an unforgetable trip for my mother and me. Definitely recommend this to anyone! Only downside is parking, which is only valet and an extra 70 usd.

Worst Hotel ever. One star
Worst hotel ever. Great views but overpriced overcooked food. Medium rare steak ended well done! Staff friendly and courteous but whole setup not family friendly. I'll never use that brand again.

Pool! People! Perfect!
What a pleasant surprise. This hotel was great. 6 nights and no issues. Everyone, the pool team, Joshua, Andrew, Blaire, Inna, and Van were on it. Bartender Rene on 70. The team at Restaurant La Boucherie. The housekeeping team on 56. The valet staff. The pool was a nice to have that turned out to be an oasis and another real perk for our stay end of August 2026. I understand the pool and food and beverage service is seasonal - so check before you go if pools and service e are your must haves. Highly recommend.

Michelle Made Our Stay Exceptional!
Michelle, the Club Concierge at InterContinental Los Angeles, was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly patient, kind, attentive, and professional. She took the time to answer all our questions and helped us with every request and inquiry. Her exceptional service made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Michelle truly went above and beyond, she is simply the best!
