W Los Angeles - West Beverly Hills

An unforgettable 50th birthday stay! We had another wonderful stay at the W Los Angeles – West Beverly Hills, and the incredible team made celebrating my 50th birthday feel truly special. From the moment we arrived, manager Brittlynne made us feel right at home. She personally came out to greet us and welcome us back, which meant so much. Both she and Richard remembered us from our previous stays, and that personal connection is one of the reasons we love returning. Richard was absolutely amazing and arranged a beautiful, spacious room where we felt so comfortable throughout our visit. To make the celebration even sweeter, Brittlynne and Richard surprised us with champagne, macarons, and a thoughtful birthday card. It was such a lovely gesture and made my birthday even more memorable. A special thank-you also goes to Barry, Armando, Roger, and TJ from the bell staff, who have all been so kind and welcoming. Their warmth adds so much to the experience. This is a beautiful property, but it’s the people who make it truly special. We’re treated like family every time we visit, and we’re always excited to return. Thank you to the entire team for making my 50th birthday stay one I’ll always treasure!

I stayed at this property for my birthday, and I can honestly say I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make my birthday weekend feel extra special. They upgraded my room and prepared a thoughtful birthday amenity for me. They even wished me a wonderful time at the concert I was attending, which was such a nice personal touch. From check-in all the way through our departure, everyone on the team was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely happy to assist. Their attention to detail, exceptional service, and warm hospitality truly stood out. A special thank you to Edgar, Lina, Alex, Britynne, and Antonio for making my birthday weekend so memorable. Their thoughtful gestures made me feel truly appreciated and cared for. I’m very grateful for the wonderful stay and would absolutely love to return. It was a fantastic stay at the W hotel in Los Angeles. It had modern look and vibe. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We always enjoy staying in a nestled and residential area away from the business of traffic and noise.

My husband, son and I visited the W In Westwood last week and had such a pleasant experience.  We planned to go to the pool for a few hours, enjoy the warm weather and also have a little pool day as a way to  celebrate our 6 year wedding anniversary. A friend had recommended the pool as it was kid friendly.  We were greeted and helped by Edward at the front desk. He was so genuinely nice and literally made the whole experience so much better for us!  We shared that we had never been there and were interested in doing the day passes. In conversation we also joked about how it that it was our way of celebrating our anniversary now that we were parents. He was so kind and upgraded us to a cabana! It was so nice of him and it made the day so much smoother with our 2 year old.  We enjoyed the pool and its relaxed vibe, the food and drinks,  and we were so grateful to Edward for going above and beyond!

My stay with Lidia made the experience incredible. Lidia Lucero helped clean my room (1108), and I was delighted because she is so meticulous and pays such close attention to detail. She organized all my makeup on towels and kept the entire room in perfect condition. Thank you, Lidia, for making my 22 days so happy and peaceful.
