Stayed here 4 or 5 times. Always leave with a feeling that the stay was not long enough. Great team of talent across all areas of the hotel. Rooms a re so spacious and fitting of am elevated W experoemce..Outstanding location for work and exploring LA. Will be back in two weeks and really looking forward to it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W Los Angeles West Beverly Hills, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. The entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. It’s clear that this property takes great pride in creating a personalized and memorable experience for every guest. A special thank you to General Manager Mike Powers, whose leadership clearly sets the tone for the entire hotel. His commitment to excellence is evident in every detail, from the warm, attentive service to the seamless, elevated experience throughout the stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and perfectly located. Housekeeping is spot on! Every interaction with the staff felt thoughtful and intentional, and it’s rare to find a team so consistently kind, professional, and proactive. As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, I’ve stayed at many properties, and this one truly stands out. The team doesn’t just meet expectations, they exceed them in every way. I am incredibly grateful for such a wonderful stay and look forward to returning again very soon. Highly, highly recommend.

Eduardo and David I are the best. I've stayed at this hotel over 30 times. Every time I show up these guys are professional and always greet me with a smile. They're the first contact upon arrival and it makes a huge difference!

First time back in 15 years. Great experience and the hotel is much more quiet and refined, compared to when it was a Starwood property. Loved the pool and Beach House restaurant. Amazing and convenient location to West LA and UCLA. Kat A. was stellar at check-in and upgraded our room to get us more space and a serene view of the neighborhood. We’ll be back!

Was lucky enough to get a room last minute for a business trip and Edward made this temporary stay unforgettable for me. Had a very stressful day and he made my check-in very smoothly and went above and beyond with a room upgrade. Thank you!
