W Los Angeles - West Beverly Hills

My stay with Lidia made the experience incredible. Lidia Lucero helped clean my room (1108), and I was delighted because she is so meticulous and pays such close attention to detail. She organized all my makeup on towels and kept the entire room in perfect condition. Thank you, Lidia, for making my 22 days so happy and peaceful.

Lovely hotel, superb service, food quality is great. A special thanks to Carter, Ray, Troy and Dan from the F&B team, their tailored service made a difference during my 5-night stay. Looking forward to my next stay.

We had a great experience at the W Hotel in Westwood. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the service made our stay particularly memorable. A special thank you to Hector at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. Hector went above and beyond by providing us with a significant room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. What stood out most was his level of customer service. He was personable, attentive, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. Excellent hospitality and a great stay. Thank you, Hector, for taking such good care of us. We look forward to returning.

Our AirBnB host didn’t show up and we got into town at midnight after a 7 hour drive and couldn’t make reservations through Marriott.com and were on hold for 46 minutes with Marriott reservations. We had previously stayed at the W in Westwood so we decided to just show up and see if they had any rooms available. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mr. Brewer at the front desk. He immediately understood what we had gone through and in his most calming and empathetic demeanor got us booked into a room and helped us get past our difficult experience. Anyone could’ve checked us into a room, but it was the kind and understanding way that Mr. Brewer handled the situation that made this a great Marriott experience for us. We got past the frustration of the 46 minute hold on the phone and thanks to Mr. Brewer’s excellent service, once again became huge Marriott fans and will definitely stay at this W again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars What a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived until checkout, the hospitality at the W Los Angeles West Beverly Hills was outstanding. We stayed in a beautiful 12th floor corner two bedroom suite, and it exceeded every expectation. The suite was incredibly quiet with beautiful views, lots of natural light, and plantation shutters that let in plenty of sunshine while still giving us privacy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a huge plus during the summer, and kept the suite cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Every member of the staff was exceptional. From the valet to the concierge, the front desk, Roger with the bell staff, housekeeping, the pool attendants, and the restaurant team, everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional, and always smiling. Everyone in housekeeping greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello whenever we passed them in the hallways. You could tell they genuinely cared about making every guest feel welcome. The pool was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff was always there with fresh towels and attentive service, and the music was always on point. It created the perfect atmosphere to unwind and really added to the overall experience. The food was another highlight. We enjoyed both the Living Room and the Beach House by the pool, and every meal was excellent. The menu offered plenty of fresh, healthy choices, and everything we ordered was delicious. The service in both restaurants was outstanding. A special thank you to Harmony at the Beach House outdoor bar. She was warm, friendly, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable. Especially, a heartfelt thank you to Daniel in Sales and Marketing. He is one of the warmest and most welcoming people we have met at any hotel. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and truly made us feel at home. The location is fantastic. The hotel is tucked into one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Los Angeles, giving you a peaceful, upscale setting while still being just minutes from everything. It feels like a relaxing retreat, yet Westwood Village is an easy walk, and Beverly Hills, the Sunset Strip, Santa Monica, and many other iconic destinations are just a short ride away. Thank you to everyone at the W Los Angeles West Beverly Hills for making this such a memorable trip. We cannot wait to come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Los Angeles.
