Beautiful but highly disappointing
Shocked that after I was told my room was ready I was.also told.I would.have to pay a $135 early check in. This was not.requested. Also.the internet service was very poor

Great Place
The Hotel Los Gatos is the finest in the area, a gem! Feeling of being in Tuscany in the spring. pool area is quiet and a great place to relax.

Pool was filled with families on ‘day passes’. No chairs available for paying guests. Will not return.
Pool was filled with screaming kids using giant inner tubes who were here on ‘resort passes’ for the day and not guests at the hotel. It’s a tiny pool area. As a result there were no pool chairs available for paying guests. I will never stay here again until management stops issuing resort passes.

Beautiful facility, gross shower.
While the hotel was in a great location and the staff were friendly, it was quality of the room that I did not like. I was given the wrong room, instead of one with a soaking tub, I was given one with an ADA accommodations, which is okay, but weird. The shower was gross and flooded the floor, which lead to me avoiding standing in a giant puddle of over flowing shower water and whatever was coming back up the drain. Some of the towel drying hooks were coming off the wall. Other than that, the staff were friendly, the pool, hot tub, location, bedding, was all fantastic! I would recommend, just maybe not a ground floor units.

Nice Place to Stay
The room was clean and nice but small. You may have to ask for more toiletries. When cleaning the room they didn't remove any used glasses or replaced Fridge items.
