30 dollar a day amenity fee for a small pool nobody uses
Hotel Los Gatos charging a $30 per day “amenity fee” is completely out of line, especially when the primary amenity is a tiny, underwhelming pool with maybe ten chairs that sit empty most of the time. There’s nothing about that setup that justifies an added daily charge, and it comes across as a pure cash grab rather than any real value for guests. Because of that, I’m making the decision to prohibit my entire company from staying at this hotel moving forward. We expect transparency and fairness in pricing, not hidden fees for amenities that don’t deliver a meaningful experience

Perfect romantic getaway
We like to come here as it's close to home and yet feels like you've traveled to Napa. The mediterranian vibe is luxurious. The rooms are quiet, spacious and comfortable and the service is impeccible with a fabulous restaurant and bar on site. We love to sit by the pool and enjoy some downtime.

Californian Gem
Hotel Los Gatos is such a Californian gem within this dog forward community. The location is excellent as the shops and restaurants are walkable with a large grassy park across the street with many pets and their owners mingling. The property is very well designed and accepting of dogs with a very clean and comfortable room. The staff are friendly.

I absolutely love this hotel. Great location,great service and great rooms! Every time I’m in town, I stopped in. And the restaurant is amazing. Good service great food!
