Great service, great attitude, great hot browns! One of us also got the weekend buffet, nice selection and on site omelet station.

Great hotel, breakfast was delicious and plenty for its cost. The room was clean and spacious. The hotels location was set a few blocks away from the action of Louisville as well. Definitely willing to stay again.

I was in town for Bourbon and Beyond with my family and we had to go to the Brown to get a Hot Brown. Kat was our server, and she was great. Very knowledgeable about the area and personable. The Hot Brown was amazing!!

We stayed at The Brown Hotel in Louisville KY in Aug. 2025. Perfect is the only word to describe it. We ate breakfast in the morning in their restaurant J. Graham’s Cafe. The food and service were always top notch. I want to say that Emily was our server a couple of times and she was an absolute delight! She was polite, friendly, eager to please, and paid very close attention to detail. We enjoyed her as much as the food and we LOVED the food. We would stay and watch at The Brown Hotel again without question.

No experience would be complete without a trip to The Brown Hotel. Old World ambiance and service rarely seen today. It seems you can go home again as my recent visit matched the memories from my days living in Louisville. I had a wonderful lunch overlooking a pretty part of the outdoors. Great cocktails and of course, a Hot Brown for lunch. Everyone there was very friendly and the restaurant manager, Courtney, came by to check in. I mentioned my connection to the city and my need to find the city's traditional Benedictine sandwich before I left Louisville. Minutes later, she returned with a plate of them for me. They weren't on the menu. She has no idea how happy she made me. The effort and thought was just amazing and something we don't see today. It's a very special place and I can't wait to return.
