Omni Louisville Hotel

Hello, the decor and beauty of this hotel is unmatched. Location is great and the hotel itself has lots of options for dining, and entertainment. The moment you walk in it's a look of luxury. Staff is friendly and professional.

Every interaction with hotel employees over three days was exceptional. From the front desk to the valet to the restaurant employees - everyone was courteous, responsive, and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The food was top-notch too. Our room was upgraded to a gorgeous sunset view of the city skyline with comfy beds and crisp linens and a nice, hot shower. Let me move in, please!

I visited Louisville with my FIL and 2 BIL’s for a bourbon tour. We had visited Lexington last year at a popular hotel and had a poor experience. We almost didn’t continue the tour this year. I’ve visited multiple Omni hotels in Florida (we go to the Omni in Amelia island for company retreats) and I’ve always had a good experience, so I felt comfortable booking the Omni in Louisville. The hotel was excellent. We got 2 rooms with 2 beds. Accommodated us perfectly. Hotel is beautiful. Very modern. The library bar is great along with their drinks. Bobs restaurant was the first place we ate when we landed. We had a great time. Food was served quickly and was delicious. I don’t have any complaints. Roof top pool is clean and was a nice way to end our busy days. Hotel is located perfectly in heart of downtown. We are going to book the same trip next year. Exceeded expectations for sure.

Beautiful hotel, but don’t compare it to other major cities. Unlike say Chicago’s Omni which is a beacon of a hotel, the Louisville Omni was dealt a more difficult card as far as location. The hotel is beautiful, however sometimes right around the corner you will run into a lot of people struggling with drug addiction. This hotel could easily be a five-star hotel but just falls slightly behind the requirements. Stay is pleasant and clean and facilitates are great.

A great hotel, food in the Falls Market and Bob's was fantastic (pricy, but you definitely get what you pay for at Bob's! The trip was soured for me when I had to spend an extra $10 to get an Amazon package that was delivered to me from the-hote UPS Store. Nothing like the feeling that your package was being held hostage; I didn't ask from the package to be held at the UPS Store; I asked it to be delivered to me at the hotel. I had already paid enough for the items shipped, but then to have my packages held hostage until I paid "a handling fee" was completely beyond the pale. If you need anything shipped from Amazon to you in Louisville, make sure you use an Amazon locker to save yourself money. There's a set of lockers a block's walk away.
