Modern Hotel with classy aesthetic
Hotel as a whole was clean and comfortable. The staff in particular were incredibly polite and helpful (the valet folks at when you first arrive were all smiles and quick to unload our car for us, starting the stay off wonderfully). Highly recommend the library bar downstairs, it had some of the best food we had during our stay, and the cocktails were interesting but enjoyable. We ended up spending several hours of our Saturday evening in the library bar enjoying drinks and chatting with the bartender.

Great experience!
The hotel, rooms, staff, restaurants and bars were all a big hit for my friends and family. Felt luxurious and we really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome on-site Food and Beverage
On-site food and beverage were very good and a good value. I especially enjoyed the Neighborhood Services restaurant. On-site hotel dining experiences are frequently mediocre to average and overpriced for what you get. The Omni Louisville was the exception to this rule.

Great location
The hotel is thoughtfully decorated and welcoming. Room was a great size and bathroom oversized. Shower was great and room was very modern. AC unit was quiet and temperature was perfect. Hotel had so many options for eating and drinking.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever
Terrible. Booked well in advance and they couldn’t provide us with a king bed. Instead we got a queen that was like sleeping on the ground it was so hard. Marriott is our go-to, and we’ve had hundreds of nights at Marriotts without this poor Omni service. Received a weak $50 credit on the bill. Waste of money staying here. Hope you’re not trying to have a nice getaway with your wife because Omni is not the place for that. Staff could not have cared any less about our experience, they simply said take the survey and do a review. Ok, here it is. We’ve had much better nights at a Hampton Inn than the Omni — will never be back!
