Omni Louisville Hotel

We stayed at this hotel as a family while attending the Pokémon Regionals at the nearby convention center. While the hotel itself is nice, the staff and overall service were mediocre at best. The hotel seemed severely understaffed, as nearly every time I called the front desk or room service, no one answered. What was most concerning, however, was an incident in the middle of the night when a maintenance employee unexpectedly entered our room, claiming he was conducting a “wellness check.” It was both frightening and completely inappropriate, especially with my family in the room. The following day, I received a text message from the hotel acknowledging that it had been a mistake and offering restaurant credit as compensation. While I appreciate the acknowledgment, a simple restaurant credit does not make up for such a serious invasion of privacy and the unsettling experience we had. Overall, despite the hotel’s nice appearance and convenient location, the poor service and lack of attention to guest safety left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Everything was great from the personnel to the cleanliness of the hotel to the text messages on any hotel communication. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel had a really good gym, nice pool outside. Hotle was very clean, staff was professional and friendly, overall, excellent hotle.

I’m disappointed. I’ve stayed at this Omni several times when returning home to Louisville; however, this last visit was unfortunately disappointing. It was clean. People were friendly. The service was not polished for Omni standards, there were recurrent issues with valet, and significant errors on our bill that delayed check out. We live in a high rise next to Omni Nashville - the experience is Louisville was unacceptable for Omni.
