My stay at this property was average, nothing special. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was not friendly and did not follow through on a restaurant reservation.

First time stay but won't be the last
Great experiance, very helpful staff, clean rooms and decent wifi (could be a little better IMO). If there definitely go to I love Tacos.

Great Location Near Downtown, Great Stay
Visited for 3 nights. Enjoyed breakfast daily at Neighborhood Services. Valet were always very quick with retrieving vehicle. Jon in the library was a great bartender, as was Asia in the cool speakeasy (aka Pin n Proof). Room was cozy n comfortable. Only downside is $45/night for valet parking

Exceeded All Expectations
This hotel is a cut above the rest. Very luxurious, extremely clean, and modern. The staff is exceptional from top to bottom. The check-in was easy and quick. Mudmee and Matt went out of their way to provide outstanding service above and beyond, exceeding my expectations by a mile. The room is spacious and well-appointed. Everything about my stay here makes me want to stay at an Omni wherever I go. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Great Addition to Downtown Louisville
What a sparkling gem in downtown Louisville! The staff are exceptional, the location is central, the amenities are delightful. The adjacent market is above and beyond, as is the bowling alley / speakeasy that would delight anyone, traveling interloper or local alike. I was super impressed with everything.
