Omni Louisville Exceptional!
Have stayed with this location several times and it has always been a wonderful experience. The staff are very professional, the amenities are numerous, and the guest rooms are very comfortable. Our daughter lived at the Omni Residences which made it very convenient to the hotel.

Disapointed
Very dissappointed in overall service provided. Could never a phone answered always had to leave our room and find someone to help us. Once they did answer one of our phone calls I had mentioned I was on hold for 23 minutes and I was told well I am busy you have to deal with that. Paying extra for parking and having to wait for 45 minutes to get our car when leaving we thought was ridiculous.

One of my favorite places to stay. So beautiful and the restaurant is amazing and the speakeasy fun - just over all an amazing hotel and we have been coming for over 8 years .

Great friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our anniversary memorable
Anik and Sharón went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay memorable. From the moment we checked in with an upgraded room, to a small gift bag with a personal anniversary card and a box of chocolates. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Our 1st time there and the experience was AMAZING! Everything was beautiful and we loved the rooftop pool and hot tub! Our room was beautiful. Had a nice view of downtown. Only thing I didnt like was no parking. You either had to do valet(which we did. You pay 1 flat fee per day and can come and go as you please), find parking on street, or use the public parking garage(i dont think it had a flat fee for daily). The valet service was amazing as well. We've never done this before and felt helpless because we are so used to getting our bags out of car ourselves and taking our bags to our room. Which they did all of that. So it was well worth the money!
