Came in for a concert, but plan to return because we had a blast...
We came in town for a concert at the Yum! Center. This was the perfect location being positioned 2-ish blocks from the venue. Everything during the stay was excellent. The staff was super helpful, especially when Amazon didn't deliver our package properly...they tracked the package, figured out where the driver left it, and set everything right. We can't say enough about this property. Very well done.

Definitely consider a better hotel - multiple in area.
Traveling for teen volley ball tournament. Valet staff not available at arrival despite driveway full of cars. No bell staff to assist with unpacking. Staff at the desk during check in were completely inconsiderate at best. Next morning valet staff somehow overwhelmed with obvious pick ups for volley ball tournament. Finally, just had guests walk to their own cars to get, which was helpful, after waiting for 30 minutes in the snow and cold. Yet hotel is still trying to charge an additional $49 for parking. Would definitely not stay at this hotel again in the future. Numerous other nearby locations available.

Anniversary Stop
This was our first time at the Omni in Louisville. We were blown away by the beautiful hotel and impeccable service! 10/10 and will definitely be returning. Eric at the front desk was helpful and so kind! Room was incredible!

My stay at this property was average, nothing special. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was not friendly and did not follow through on a restaurant reservation.

First time stay but won't be the last
Great experiance, very helpful staff, clean rooms and decent wifi (could be a little better IMO). If there definitely go to I love Tacos.
