We stayed again this year for the Fillies Ball and just had such an awesome time. The event space was beautiful and the food was good. But the bartender at the Neighborhood Restaurant & Bar was awesome. I wish I could remember her name, but she was a highlight to our trip!!!

Best of Kentucky
I highly recommend staying at the Omni! The amenities are fantastic; there is a spa on site. Check out the library bar for the best drinks! The ambiance really feels like the heart of Kentucky is in that space. Perfect place to have a Kentucky mule!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown
A beautiful hotel with well maintained rooms. They have a very nice lobby and lounge area and the rooms are an okay size. We did find the beds to be a little soft, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Beautiful but dark
The hotel is beautiful and staff was so nice but the rooms were so dark. If you are a someone who doesn't need to see much it's a very nice room. If you are someone who needs to put on makeup I'd think twice or request additional lamps. The bathroom light option was terrible. I love dark and moody but I hotel room needs to have options.

Best Stay in Downtown Louisville
I had a wonderful hotel experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the overall level of service truly stood out. I would especially like to acknowledge Christian Tarver, Loyalty Ambassador, for providing exceptional customer service. Christian was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
