Amazing hotel, great location and service. The elegance and coziness of the installations are great. Although one of the restaurants was closed the rest of them were great. The view of Lago di Lugano is outstanding.

Everything was amazing—the service, comfort, and overall experience were excellent. However, the breakfast options were quite limited for someone with a gluten allergy. Expanding the gluten-free selection would greatly enhance the stay for guests with dietary restrictions.

Best Royal Tea Time ever

I was waiting for a long time to try the Royal Tea Time and it was as I was expecting, delicious, amazing and wonderful. I choose the traditional one but you can also choose with the Sacher Torte. The selection of teas was impressive and Francesco explained us each option and also the salted and sweet delights. I recommend from heart to try it at least once.

Great atmosphere and excellent service! The room was clean, spacious and well-furnished. Stunning view of Lago di Lugano and the Alps. Central location with only a few minutes walk to the city center. Bus stop and boat jetty are right outside the hotel. We will definitely come back to Hotel Splendide Royal.
