A Wonderful Stay and an Unforgettable Birthday Surprise
A wonderful stay at Hotel Splendide Royal Lugano! The hotel is perfectly located, and our suite on the fourth floor was spacious, elegant and absolutely immaculate. The entire staff was exceptionally welcoming, attentive and helpful. We were especially touched by the thoughtful surprise prepared for my wife’s birthday: champagne, fresh fruit, delicious cakes and a personal handwritten card from the hotel management. It made the occasion truly special. We initially chose Lugano as a base for visiting Lake Como and Bellagio, which is about an hour away, but both Lugano and the Splendide Royal turned out to be highlights of our trip. A superb experience—we would gladly return!
