Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Great breakfast.
Loved this hotel. The location was perfect. The staff were gracious and kind. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast. We were upgraded unexpectedly as well, which was a nice treat. We had beautiful views of the lake.

Wonderful stay in Lugano
We had a lovely time at Hotel Splendide. While the weather didn't fully cooperate (we had a few rainy days) the hotel was a wonderful place to spend a few days in Lugano. Our rooms looked out over the lake and the hotel is conveniently located in the central part of Lugano - an easy walk to shopping and some great restaurants. The staff at the hotel does a fantastic job of making you feel very welcome and they are very attentive - you only need to ask! We would definitely recommend this as the place to stay while in Lugano.

Wonderful place with great location.
Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Accommodating as well. Food is great. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the town and all the attractions. Highly recommend this place.

The Hotel Splendide Royal is the crown jewel of Lugano hotels and a 'must go' for anyone visiting Lugano. From the professional and gracious staff to the sumptuous rooms, to the fabulous food, this is a MUST for any traveler. If we could give it 100 Stars, we would!!!
