Beyond our expectation!
The location was excellent, and the view from our room was beautiful. We enjoyed the wonderful scenery of Lake Lugano every morning and evening. In addition, we appreciated the warm hospitality of the hotel staff, including restaurant and valet parking.

Strategic location with excellent service and installations.
Second time at the hotel already tells something! Strategic location for our purposes. Nice installations and decoration. All staff helpful. Remark on breakfast, with small option of fruits on self service buffet.

Property nice, service ehhhhhh
The property is in an excellent, walkable location. We were very diligent about our pre arrival instructions, which turned out to be pointless. Our boat confirmation was missed, and we weren’t able to check in until after 3pm, despite us confirming arrival times for 2 rooms, etc. Be wary of their shuffling to terrible restaurants. I had asked multiple times for suggestions on waterfront options, to which we were given terrible options. It all felt very shifty… You were not allowed to eat in pool area , so we had to keep our food 20 steps away from our chair…😵💫 Housekeeping didn’t come until 5pm one night… Just be wary, not a 5 ⭐️, def a 4 ⭐️

Place was amazing and great service! The concierges were great! Very helpful and accommodating ! The spa was amazing.amd both Sophia's that work there gave fantastic massages ! Lisa the spa supervisor was great and very accommodating . It was a great experience . If staying here I would Book or ask for the newer wing. We had a wonderful time and the comcierge's and sap were amazing ! Also Antonia at the Pizarro was a server and he was so nice and made it pleasant . The only negative is the sercice at the pizza place besides Antonio! Greet hotel With great spa !

Beautiful hotel with great service
The hotel is beautiful, very well located and the rooms are exceptional, lots of space, clean and pristine! But the best part is the service they were super kind and helpful in every way! We would definitely go back
