A very pleasant stay!
The room/views were excellent. A truly enjoyable experience. For improvement- during our stay there was a lot of noise in the corridor (vacuuming, staff speaking loudly, etc). Before arriving, we were invited to an online dinner "upgrade" (a special 5 course meal) for 170 CHF per person), but the hotel staff and concierge didn't seem to know anything about this. Despite the initial confusion about the meal, the concierge (Giorgio) assured us that we would be taken care of us and, the meal that we had was truly spectacular! Thank you Giorgio! Nevertheless, when we checked out, the meal was not on the hotel bill and I had to remind them to charge us 340 CHF for this exceptional dinner (ouch!). But overall, we would definitely recommend the hotel and restaurant.

Nice property with great views but needs a renovation!
Nice property with great views but with very old rooms! Everything was old in the room. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was cold. The staff is friendly and helpful.

A very good affordable option near Lugano
Spent five days here over the Christmas holiday. Our family had three rooms together. The rooms are a very good size and our family could gather in one room to spend time together. The breakfast was very nice as were the people working it. The cleaning was done daily and done very well. We had wished for some holiday decorations which were severely lacking - there were none. Also the fact that there was never anyone at the desk was a bit of a drawback as the self check in process was somewhat difficult (this may have been because we had three rooms under one name). However, whenever we called for something, a corkscrew, ice, towels,it was sent promptly. There are some things, like the carpets that could use to be replaced. The bus to Lugano was easy to use and was a short walk away. There were also Ubers which we took advantage of as well. Overall, we had a very good experience at the Park Hotel and we all agreed we would definitely return.
