This is the best hotel in Lugano. I keep coming back again and again — for more than ten years now. Every time I visit, I choose this hotel without hesitation. It truly is exceptional. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. The lake view is one of the most beautiful landscapes you can imagine. The quality of the food, the rooms, and the reception service is outstanding. Everything in this hotel feels refined and sophisticated. Each stay makes you feel special, and every time you experience genuine pleasure from spending time here. The reception staff deserve special recognition — their level of service is exceptional. They are extremely attentive and genuinely friendly. I recommend this hotel to everyone, as it truly deserves to be experienced at least once in a lifetime, to fully enjoy the pleasure it offers.

A very pleasant stay!
The room/views were excellent. A truly enjoyable experience. For improvement- during our stay there was a lot of noise in the corridor (vacuuming, staff speaking loudly, etc). Before arriving, we were invited to an online dinner "upgrade" (a special 5 course meal) for 170 CHF per person), but the hotel staff and concierge didn't seem to know anything about this. Despite the initial confusion about the meal, the concierge (Giorgio) assured us that we would be taken care of us and, the meal that we had was truly spectacular! Thank you Giorgio! Nevertheless, when we checked out, the meal was not on the hotel bill and I had to remind them to charge us 340 CHF for this exceptional dinner (ouch!). But overall, we would definitely recommend the hotel and restaurant.
