A lakeside afternoon at Mandarin Oriental Palace - Lucerne Switzerland
A lovely outside terrace restaurant offers a beautiful lake view with a range of afternoon small plates. I absolutely loved the Mandu Dumplings. A great presentation. A fabulous zesty zinger of flavor. Not too much - just right.

What a rip off!
3 ordered a bottle of rose wine. Erroneously not asked for menu. Surprise CHF 155 for a french Rose !?!?! Unbelievable! On top, the service was lousy. About 4 beginners were there (of course they have to learn), but no one was there knowing the job and teaching the beginners. This in such a place! Never again!

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view
We had an amazing stay at Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the view across the lake is stunning! THANK YOU to the Front Office, particularly Alina and Johannes, and the Housekeeping team for accommodating our request for kids’ beds. Our children and my parents really enjoyed their stay here. Also thank you to the restaurant team at MOzern. Everyone was so attentive, thank you Laura for making us feel so welcome!
