The natural choice for bon vivants the world over, Lyon charms with rustic gastronomic delights, renovated riverfronts, and cobbled alleyways bustling with artisans and craftsmen. Here, in its Renaissance heart, you'll find our iconic hotel set within a 14th-century traboule. Choose from 60 individually appointed rooms and suites, featuring heavy wooden beams, intricate works of art, and period furniture. Dine in the hotel's romantic courtyard at Michelin-starred restaurant Les Loges, spearheaded by chef Anthony Bonnet and his team. When the time comes to unwind, visit the spa, inspired by the baths of ancient Rome, or enjoy the peaceful setting of the hanging gardens with its bamboo-shaded terrace.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cour de Loges. From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing. From the reception staff at check-in to Tanya the fantastic bartender who made delicious cocktails to Cecile in hotel restaurant Le Comptoir all the staff were warm, welcoming, friendly and very professional which made our stay exceptional. The room was very comfortable, clean and super quiet and we loved it. There was a stocked mini bar as well as complimentary water and tea and coffee making facilities. The only downside in the room is that there were not enough hooks in the room to hang coats and towels. Only 2 small hooks in the bathroom so this could be improved. The cocktail bar was very relaxing and the cocktails absolutely delicious. We at Le Comptoir restaurant at the hotel and the food was fantastic as was the service and very reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast selection was fantastic. Without one of the best breakfasts at any 5* hotel we have stayed at in Europe! Dog friendly and valet parking available at very reasonable cost. The spa at the hotel was adequate with a nice pool and hammam and sauna- but our experience was spoiled by 2 kids diving and jumping into the pool and screaming and running around. It might be worthwhile making the spa adults only after 5pm so guests can relax in peace! The spa was unattended by staff and there were alot of used towels lying around and the floor was incredibly slippery in slippers and I almost fell over twice so be careful. But despite these small issues we can't recommend this hotel enough. It was a fantastic place to stay, close to the shops, bars and cafés. We will definitely stay here again as we often travel to the south of France.

We were a group of 6 friends that had the tasting menu, each course explained in detail and matched with wonderful wines. Cour des Loges sits in a calm and elegant setting. The dining room is in the centre of an old market space, with its features highlighted by soft lighting . It is a very special venue, with passionate staff and a menu which delivers the best of French produce. We had the pleasure of meeting Joseph Doverman, a modest and gifted chef.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The architecture alone is worth the visit. It was rainy and cold in Lyon at the time, so the spa was an excellent way to spend the afternoons. The peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff really enhanced my holiday. I couldn't recommend it enough!

For a few recent visits to Lyon, I decided to stay at this Radisson which popped up as an alternative to the one cited in the tower across the river. And for what you get is excellent value. It's location puts you near plenty of places to eat and wander, and if you're feeling up to it, take a walk (or for an even bigger challenge) jog up the hill to the Basilica for great views across Lyon! Rooms are on the small side, but have everything you need and are very well presented, and the building itself is wonderful. Breakfast is very good with lots of local touches and the staff do a great job of presenting it and welcoming you. Highly recommended.

Got the premium room for a good price including redemption of my rewards points. In general service was excellent- what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The building itself was a historical marvel and we enjoyed getting lost exploring it. I must admit the room turned out to be small and slightly cramped. I kept knocking into the TV as there was not much space to maneuvor around. Also some room slippers and hooks for coats would have been helpful
