Set in an ancient land that dates back to biblical times, is a contemporary resort located hundreds of feet below sea level. Evason Ma'In Hot Springs & Six Senses Spa is the latest luxe sanctuary to make its way to Jordan. Its exterior purposely resembles a Middle Eastern village, but its interiors reveal a sleek, modern motif with wood beams and shuttered doors that slide back to reveal private balconies. There are less than 100 rooms at this intimate oasis, with a pair of elegant suites and a single honeymoon retreat that occupies the entire top floor. Amenities vary with each chamber, but include rain showers, butler service and well-stocked mini bars. The hotel's clifftop restaurant is where you can enjoy traditional Jordanian fare from your seat positioned on the floor. The wine bar offers an array of vintages and Arabic tapas, while the olive garden allows guests to press their own oil.

A Disappointing Encounter I recently attempted to make a day-use reservation at this resort, but unfortunately, my friend and I encountered discrimination. Despite being frequent visitors, our reservation was denied simply because we are two men traveling alone. I reached out to the General Manager, Nedal, who assured me that the issue would be handled. However, when I followed up, he stopped answering my calls and messages. This neglect and ignorance on his part were deeply disappointing. As someone who values inclusivity and fair treatment, I cannot recommend this resort to others. Discrimination has no place in the hospitality industry, and I hope the management takes steps to rectify this situation. I have been many times they only reason i go there because i like the view others wise the hotel is a total mess and out of management.

This place needs a serious makeover. This hotel is in a beautiful location, however it is seriously run down and needs an injection of cash. The rooms are extremely dirty and dated, with broken electrics and mouldy bathrooms. The natural springs are beautiful, however the one that is onsite requires immediate cleaning. The cold pool is dated and dirty. The public springs nearby are full of locals taking their showers, which was not a pleasant experience. The only positive of this hotel was the restaurant’s al a cart menu. The servers were helpful and the food was nice. This was an unpleasant experience and we were delighted to leave this hotel. I would not recommend to anyone.

Dreamy location, shame about the hotel. The surroundings are amazing but the hotel itself is dirty, unmaintained and very disappointing. -mouldy showers -broken lights -slimey pool -broken lift -faulty electrics We decided to leave early and go to the hilton hotel 30 mins down the road.

Ma’In hot springs hotel is a must go place. The staff was very friendly. I had the best and wonderful time. I want to thank the manager of the hotel that arranged me the best room for my honey moon, Mohammad that is taking care of the restaurant ( gave a exceptional service), and mister Fares ( that gave very nice tips about local store in Dead Sea). I would totally recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

The staff lied about what we had access to with a day pass. They said 5 waterfalls for 15jd when it says 10jd online and we only got access to 2. It was dirty, run down, disgusting, we found an old razor blade in the water, cigarette butts everywhere and the changing rooms were disgusting. Not worth the ticket entry price, staff just sits around scratching their belly button and are super unhelpful. Their online presence is as outdated as the facilities and they wanted 85jd / hour for the spa because they engage in day light robbery. Money and time would be better spent literally anywhere else

Having traveled widely, we have come to know a few places we like to call "heaven on earth" and this is definitely one of them! From using the therapeutic waters of the thermal springs, luxuriating under a gorgeous waterfall and allowing it to soothe our muscles with its lukewarm mineral rich jets of water, beautiful food, rainbows, starry nights... right up to the fantastic service offered by the friendly and extremely helpful General Manager and his team, every experience was heavenly! We look forward to going back in the near future.
