Four Seasons Hotel Macau, Cotai Strip

My recent stay at the Four Seasons Macau was made truly memorable thanks to the exceptional service from Ivan. My departure could have been stressful, but Ivan’s knowledge and hospitality saved the day. I was planning to take a taxi to the ferry pier, but the taxi queue was long and the weather was hot. Ivan wisely suggested the hotel shuttle instead, which I had completely forgotten about. His foresight was perfect. Not only did it save me from a long, uncomfortable wait, but the shuttle got me to the pier right on time, ensuring I didn't miss my ferry. Ivan's thoughtfulness extended beyond just the advice. While we waited for the shuttle, he invited me to stay in the cool lobby rather than stand outside and also provided a refreshing bottle of water. He also demonstrated excellent local knowledge and communication skills by speaking the local language to the chauffeur, clearly explaining my destination and ensuring a smooth journey. Ivan's service was a perfect example of genuine care and proactive hospitality. Thank you for an outstanding experience.

We recently stayed four nights at the Four Seasons Macao and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent – you can easily walk to the Parisian Macao and the Venetian Macao through the interconnected shopping centres. Just be prepared for a bit of a maze-like experience, as the layout can feel like a big labyrinth! The outdoor swimming pools are fantastic, with options suitable for all ages. A highlight for us was the poolside service – fresh fruits and Häagen-Dazs ice cream, which the little one absolutely loved. The gym is well equipped, and the spa is lovely, though smaller compared with the Four Seasons Guangzhou (which we had just visited before coming here). Four nights felt just right, giving us enough time to enjoy the facilities without rushing. The breakfast here deserves a special mention – it’s probably the best I’ve ever had at any Four Seasons, especially considering the value for the price. Absolutely a must-have during your stay. I also have a personal tradition of collecting Four Seasons branded caps wherever I go. The Macao property didn’t have them for sale, but Victoria went out of her way to arrange one for me so I could remember the trip – truly amazing service and something I’ll never forget. Also a big thank you to the concierge team for their superb service - friendly, attentive and making us feel truly welcome. Would definitely recommend Four Seasons Macao for a relaxing, family-friendly stay with great dining and facilities.

Oasis in Cotai, Macau - Four Seasons Hotel, Macao. Such a lovely and luxurious hotel with prime location, at the Centre of Cotai Strip. Its superb level of hospitality and high quality of services delivered by its crew impressed me the most. I have been highly recognised as a greatly loyal guest for staying in Four Seasons Hotel group. Wonderful and pleasant stay. Money for value. Its facilities and amenities remind me all the time that I was located in an Oasis of spectacular Macau and its Casinos. Highly valued the shuttle van service to and fro Taipa Ferry Pier and the personalised recognition to Four Seasons' loyal guests, throughout my stay. The Four Seasons Suites is an Oasis of tranquility in the busy-ness of the massive Sands complex (Venetian, Paris, Plaza, Londonderry, etc)

Escaped Hong Kong for a couple of nights and stayed at the gorgeous Four Seasons.  I have stayed a few times here and it's one of my favourite hotels in Macau. The service is impeccable and everyone remembers your name and go out of their way to assist with anything you need.  A big shout out to Sutarni, our lovely poolside attendant who went above and beyond to make our two days by the pool as amazing as possible. Her service was outstanding and she is an incredible addition to your team.  Please pass on our gratitude, especially during our last day with the thunderstorms and rain and still making our day in the cabana a relaxing and pampered experience.  I cannot believe that some hotel guests were complaining about the staff by the pool - they were all fantastic and I have no idea what they would have to complain about. The rooms, as always, were stunning and one of the best beds I've slept on.  The standard of room service was extraordinary and a big thank you to the housekeeping staff. We didn't eat the buffet but have done so in the past and loved it.  We did however venture up to the 21st floor to the Study Library bar - wow, what a view from the outside balcony.  We enjoyed a couple of drinks while waiting for our ferry back to Hong Kong and wished we had come across this on our previous stays.  The staff at the bar were equally attentive and professional.  Can't wait to return again soon!
