Four Seasons Hotel Macau, Cotai Strip

We just finished a 2-night stay at the Four Seasons Macao before the Christmas crowds and it was easily the highlight of our trip. Traveling with a 2-year-old is usually pretty exhausting, but the team here made us feel so supported and relaxed. First off, a huge shout-out to Queenie and her colleagues from the Reservations team. Before we even arrived, she was helping us coordinate all the toddler amenities for our room so everything was ready to go the moment we walked in. It made such a difference. We also want to give a special mention to Edward (F&B). We ran into him constantly at the hotel restaurants Belcanção, and he was always so incredibly welcoming and kind to our family. It’s those personal touches that really set this hotel apart. We only dined at the restaurants at the Four Seasons throughout the stay and each one is amazing. What we loved: The Garden Playground: This was a total game-changer. It’s located right in the garden next to the buffet restaurant. It’s the perfect spot for a toddler to play while the adults finish their meal in peace. Location: Super convenient and easy to get around to any casino place in Cotai. The Service: Everyone is friendly to kids for families. We’re already planning to head back later this month with even more family members. If you’re heading to Macao with kids, stay here—you won’t regret it!

The Four Seasons in Macau offers a wonderfully luxurious experience, ideally situated on the Cotai Strip. A notable advantage is its lack of an on-site casino, allowing for a complete focus on guest experience. Our stay in a deluxe room with a king-sized bed on the 19th floor provided stunning views of the Cotai Strip. The spacious, well-appointed room featured a lovely large bathroom and was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The quiet atmosphere and twice-daily service added to our comfort. The professionalism, grooming, and genuine friendliness of the staff at all levels were impressive. The hotel's lobby exudes elegance and calm, differentiating it from many other establishments. Its prime location provides easy access to themed hotels and abundant shopping opportunities for those seeking retail therapy. We also enjoyed the hotel spa, indulging in a 90-minute couples' Swedish massage for HKD 3,700. While this may seem pricey, the experience was exceptional, with excellent attention to detail from the masseuses, Kate and Eke, and a serene environment befitting a hotel of this caliber. In summary, if you're seeking a high-end experience filled with luxury and quality, the Four Seasons Macau is a perfect choice. We highly recommend it to others and certainly plan to return.

Fantastic stay! I go to Macau almost every year to visit family and have stayed at most hotels. For me the Four Seasons is one of the best. From the moment I arrived, front desk staff was extremely accommodating. I arrived around noon after a 20+ hour flight, I had previously sent a msg to the hotel asking if it’s possible to checkin a bit early since I’ll be extremely tired and sure enough my room was ready! The room is a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. Pool staff were also great and the heated pool was at the perfect temperature. Breakfest buffet was a bit underwhelming compared to other hotels in the area. I don’t think it’s worth the price. Also they don’t have any free shuttle services like other hotels but taxi is very cheap in Macau and readily available. I would definitely come back!

My wife and I have been fortunate to experience many hotels, and the recent visit to Four Seasons Macao was the most thoughtful and attentive stay we’ve ever had. The facilities are beautiful, but it was the conversations with staff and how they consistently went above and beyond in looking after us that made the visit feel so special. Ken assisted us at check in and offered helpful tips for our later ferry trip. Daphne surprised us with elegant cookies and artful chocolate in our room. Dino offered insights on the cuisine and surprised my wife with a wonderful birthday treat. Billy kindly looked after us for not just one but two meals. Fong was sweet in noticing my wife’s preferred tea, while Kit was very helpful when a special need arose. Meanwhile, Noemie and Bryan made us feel welcome at breakfast and kindly shared a traditional birthday dessert. And Roland was so thoughtful in not just crafting a custom cocktail for me, but also thinking to help celebrate my wife’s birthday with a unique mocktail for the occasion. What wonderful people, and such a wonderful time—we already look forward to returning next year!

It was a most delightful experience. We booked a room at the Four Seasons Hotel Macao via a travel agency in Hong Kong. In the remarks column of our booking application, we casually wrote down a few words after all our personal details were reported through online, very routine. We wrote 'we are here for our 27th wedding anniversary' and the room was booked like normal. We were thinking that the most we could get would be a small cake with a baby champagne and only perhaps. However, what came through totally took us by surprise, a pleasant one. Upon our arrivals at 3pm, we were nicely greeted by the hotel staff like we are their VIPs. A young man and lady personally led us all the way up to our room which was slightly upgraded. They gave us a room tour and provided useful information after knowing that we are not frequent visitors to Macau. They were generous, warm and highly professional. A little surprise already that they had prepared some nice decorations like towel swans, lovely balloons, rose pedals at the bath tub and a small window decoration. Then we went out and when we came back at around 10pm, our room was tidied up again and the nice decorations were still there. What really impressed us was a couple of refreshed and handwritten greeting cards prepared by the hotel. There was a table full of good food. The anniversary cake is scrumptious and beautiful. The fruit, night snacks and sweet soups were just made and delicious. Who would know a husband has cakes in their names too! And we were presented with a nice photo Ken took on us earlier that day... ... The Four Seasons Hotels are already one of world's top class and I skip the details. We came around this idea of writing an excellent review to express our gratitude and delight.
