Thanks so much to the warm and exceptional services of the Ladies and Gentlemen at the Ritz Carton, Macau in making our big family Christmas gathering at the Ritz Carlton Cafe a fantastic one. Nicholas, the Restaurant Manager received us sincerely as he always did during our previous stays in the Ritz Carlton, Macau. He led his team attentively in providing us impressive hospitality services and ensured that all of us, including both adults and kids, had impeccable dining experiences at the Restaurant. Remembering that one of my twins’ favourite foods was chicken nuggets, he specifically prepared this dish for them even though it was not on the Kid’s Menu. The Ritz Carlton Cafe is a French restaurant with classic and luxurious decor. The foods served there were exquisite, delectable and of premium quality. The beautiful Christmas decorations at every corner of the Restaurant and the Christmas theme desserts created a joyful and cozy ambience for our family Christmas gathering. We were particularly touched and grateful when our long acquaintance from the Ritz Carlton, Macau Team, including Faye, the Front Office Manager, Joao, the Duty Manager and Phoebe of the Guest Relations Team, who had been taking care of us during our every stays at the Hotel in the past years, came to meet us and extended their Christmas greetings affectionately as well as thoughtfully prepared the lovely Christmas Ritz-Carlton Mascot Lions and Christmas candies as gifts to my twins. It was so nice catching up with Faye, Nicholas, Joao and Phoebe during this festival season. The thoughtful touches by the Ladies and Gentlemen at the Ritz-Carlton, Macau were always part of the highlights of our visits to our home away from home which we cherished a lot!

Another terrific stay at the luxurious Ritz-Carlton - Macau. All staff are amazing and make you feel like royalty. Our number one hotel in the world.

The service is good, However the quality of dish is below standard. The head of prawn of the seafood spaghetti is black which shows the seafood is not fresh and not up to standard.
