Everything about our experience here was great. Between the staff, the service, the food, and the drinks, everything is exceptional. The Manager was extremely welcoming and warm, as well as multilingual (we enjoyed speaking with him in French) and Cesar was great at making drinks and ensuring he met our individual needs. Venture out from the bigger cities and check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

Sumaq was a one of a kind experience. If you want to feel like family, sit at the bar with Cesar and Henry...Teo and Jhoshi were also amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The hotel personal are very professional and inviting as we arrived earlier today. Especially, Caesar and Henry and Joshi They were exceptional and very personably. They did a good job explaining the pisco sour to us and did a good job serving us. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the bar. :)

This is a very beautiful hotel right at the river in Agua Calientes! A little outside of town so not too noisy. The staff and accommodations were outstanding! A special shout out to Jairo who helped with all of our meals and provided us with speedy room service.

Jairo is the very best waiter! You should give him a raise! The food was sabroso! The experience was top notch. The meal was suffused with local flavor and energy.
