Great hotel excellent staff
Sumaq is a great hotel on the edge of town. Food was delicious. The staff were proficient in English, very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to David at the front desk. At 9pm we needed a pharmacy. After calling to find out they were open he volunteered to walk with us. He couldn't have been more helpful and we had a good chat about the town. Thanks David!!

Unforgettable experience at Sumaq
Everything in Sumaq exceeded my expectations. Staff were kind, food was great and service was on spot! One the last day, Richart, Jose and Roque helped my group carry all our luggage all the way to the station. They were very kind. I hope I could come back soon!

Wonderful SUMAQ Machu Picchu Experience!!!
SUMAQ Machu Picchu. Amazing from check-in to checkout. Arrived late in the day and at check-in, we were informed dinner and breakfast were comped. We said we were not interested in eating that night, NO PROBLEM! Since you are only with us one night, lunch tomorrow will be comped instead!!! Total customer oriented! Also, ensured our luggage was taken to the train station at our departure. Amazing customer service from management to room cleaners!!!

The staff were wonderfully helpful & friendly. The hotel and room was very comfortable plus we had an exellent dinner in the restaurant.
