The hotel staff was amazing: They picked up our bag at the train station for transport to the hotel, so it was waiting for us in the room after check in. For our package, breakfast and dinner was included. Both were quite tasty, but the highlight was the service of Mariano. He worked both lunch and dinner. At dinner he made great food and wine suggestions. At breakfast he made sure to say “Hello”, and in our final day took a great picture of us on the veranda of the restaurant. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which included a jacuzzi. There was a minor issue with the room: The plug for the jacuzzi leaked and the plug for one of the sinks became stuck closed. However, the staff quickly addressed both issues. All-in-all, it was a great stay.

Really lovely comfortable hotel. We stayed one night after walking the Inca Trail and so to have a bit of luxury was truly appreciated. The room was big with a great view of the river. The hotel staff are lovely and very helpful. It is easy to walk into the town. No complaints at all.

The hotel is very well located; the sound of the river is soothing at night. The staff is very friendly; Frank at reception always helped us with a smile. The service was absolutely top-notch.
