He went above and beyond to assist us with obtaining our Machu Picchu tickets, ensuring everything was arranged perfectly and without stress. Throughout our stay, Enrique catered to our every need with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, making us feel welcomed and valued at every moment. The culinary experience was equally outstanding. Every meal was beautifully prepared, showcasing fresh ingredients, incredible flavors, and thoughtful presentation. Such a positive experience
Fantastic hotel. We were fortunate enough to face the beautiful and powerful Urubamba river, sheltered by an impressive cliff. One of the best included breakfast I ever saw. The dinner was also excellent. The hotel was perfect in all regards, and we were warmly welcomed with a nice little drink. Wonderful, two-days stay.

Best choice for Aguas Calientes
This is a beautiful hotel in Aguas Calientes. The food and service were great. They were also kind enough to take our luggage from the train station and hold it at the hotel so that we were able to continue on to Machu Picchu when we first arrived. (I don't know if this is routinely available or not.) Our garden view room was spacious. I would mention that it was right next to the rail line so during day hours it was noticeable, but it didn't run at night and didn't affect our sleep or overall experience.

Thanks to Sumaq Machu Picchu for its vision in creating such a tranquil space. If I return to Machu Picchu I would definitely stay here again. And the food was delicious!
