Great customer service
The place food was awesome the hotel is beautiful and the food was great. Alpaca was delicious and a Peru must try! Mariano provided us with amazing customer service and was super attentive of our table. Highly recommend!

Fabulous lunch
We had an excellent lunch in the restaurant; ceviche, alpaca tenderloin and cheesecake. Beautifully cooked and presented with fabulous flavours. Thank you to Johann who looked after us well and gave us very good advice about the menu.

Superb food and service.
Superb food. Three courses: raw trout marinated in lemon and herbs, alpaca tenderloin and amazon cheese cake. Johann our waiter explained everything, professional polite and knowledgeable. Met the chef too.

Top notch hotel!
Awesome hotel! The entire staff is great! I got to know the excellent bartender, Larry, after many fabulous Pisco Sours. There are several members of the dining staff that deserve recognition, including Larry, Nilton, Faustino, Luis, and Mariano. I will return.

Thanks to Sumaq Machu Picchu for its vision in creating such a tranquil space. If I return to Machu Picchu I would definitely stay here again. And the food was delicious!
