Sumac is amazing! 🇵🇪
We had an amazing stay at Sumac! All the of the staff were incredibly attentive to my family including our three year old. Enrique went above and beyond for us. He helped us out when we had an issue with transportation. The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. The food is delicious and breakfast and dinner were included. Our Hilton honors status was recognized. This is a great location, as it’s a short walk to the bus up to Machu Picchu. Our room was right next to the river and it was so relaxing to listen to at night. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality!
We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere was beautiful, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the balcony overlooking the river was absolutely stunning. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, especially David, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. This truly seemed like the nicest hotel in the area, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent service
A very comfortable hotel, we would have loved to stay longer, as we were very happy with our one night stay. The staff's service was spectacular, the food was delicious, and Frank helped us coordinate our luggage so we didn't have to carry it to the train station.

This is a top-notch hotel, and the staff is outstanding in every way. Frank was attentive at all times, and Jose Antonio was very thoughtful; he even brought me a blanket while I was waiting for the train in the lobby. I would definitely recommend Sumaq.

April in Machu Picchu
We had an excellent and memorable time at the Sumaq Machu Picchu in April. I was traveling with my two daughters and a friend. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted by the wonderful staff with delicious drinks and welcoming smiles. The location was superb for visiting Machu Picchu. The breakfast and dinners were amazing!! A special shout out to Mary in the spa. My friend and I had wonderful treatments. Probably one of the best massages I have ever had. The location was great for exploring Machu Picchu village and for shopping. I will never forget the wonderful trip we took to Peru!

Thanks to Sumaq Machu Picchu for its vision in creating such a tranquil space. If I return to Machu Picchu I would definitely stay here again. And the food was delicious!
