Great hotel and suite!
We stayed eight nights in the Bless Hotel. We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was absolutely perfect. King bed with a separate dining and living room along with 1.5 baths. It also had an outdoor space with a two person hot tub. The hotel was perfectly located in a great area. Everyone from the doorman to the hotel management were professional, courteous, and very accommodating. The hotel has two restaurants and a separate breakfast restaurant. Everything was perfect in every way and exactly what we were looking for. We were very pleased with this hotel and will stay at this hotel again when we come back to Madrid.

Best Hotel Stay I've had in YEARS. And I only stay in high end Hotels. <3
Right off the bat, the location is perfect.Its walking distance to a million shops and restaurants. The rooms are impeccable, we traveled with our 3 yr old son and everything was super comfortable he had tons of space to play with. The lobby and ammenities, including breakfast, was spectacular. Everything from the design to the service felt luxurious and extremely well thought out. But to me the main takeaway was the team and employees. These people are the best human beings you will meet in your life. Everyone was welcoming and warm. At one point my son got very ill and everyone in the hotel moved heaven and earth to help. Its been a long time since staying in a hotel touched my heart in such a way. But this hotel and its team is not only high end but the team is something SPECIAL.
