Reviews for BLESS Hotel Madrid

A generally nice stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are so bright and plush. The bed was huge and just the right firmness, as were the pillows. We slept better here than in any hotel. We were jet lagged after 24 hours of travel from LA (with delays) and surprisingly slept til 10:40am. We went down stairs knowing that breakfast formally closed at 10:30, but we’re disappointed that it was a harsh “breakfast finished at 10:30 sir”, and not a simple “oh I’m sorry to hear that. Can I get you a coffee or something of what we have left”, since we had prepaid for breakfast extra. Simple things like this were lacking. We ordered breakfast to our rooms. I ordered the full English, and it came looking very small and sorry. Luckily I generally diet and keep trim! Those tiny espresso pods are not very nice first thing in the morning, but I realize this is just a preference. There could be a better selection of coffees for the room and more of them. The menu both for room service and also for the restaurant is very very limited. Nothing really healthy and substantial but rather more carby un-nutritious finger food. A burger was the best you were gonna get. A lovely beautiful hotel, with a peaceful, sophisticated ambiance.

Exceptional Service Thanks to Alejandro!

We had the most wonderful experience at the hotel, and a huge part of it was thanks to Alejandro from the staff. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. Throughout our stay, Alejandro went above and beyond to take care of every issue with such professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to help. He was always available, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His attitude and service made a big difference in our stay, and we are extremely satisfied. We will definitely return to this hotel, and it’s mainly because of him. Thank you, Alejandro, for everything!

Our fabulous trip to Madrid

The Bless Hotel is fabulous. It has a really chic European vibe. The lobby is gorgeous with a restaurant that serves delicious food and drinks. The upholstered chairs and banquets are very comfortable. The roof pool and bar/ restaurant were also beautiful!! The views amazing!! The staff are all friendly and willing to help. We had many questions and they were all so helpful… booking dinner reservations and hair salons. Their recommendations for things to do were spot on! The museums and shopping were perfect. We’d like to make a special shout out to Alejandro Otero, he was an exceptional concierge!! He was great, so helpful, friendly and kind!! We want to go back! Madrid and the people are fantastic!!

Think Twice Before You Make Your Reservation

This is not one of best hotels - false advertising. There are many better hotels in Madrid to stay. We actually moved to the Palacio de los Duques Gran Melia. They did not pick us up at the airport and scheduled. Try to get through to the hotel - or the customer communications (not service) team. Good luck. We took a taxi. They did not make you feel warm and welcome - rather cool and stand offish and we are still trying to resolve a billing problem with them. Very disappointing. Stay away. Better options in Madrid.

Phenomenal

We stayed one night at Bless Hotel Madrid and had an excellent experience! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, attentive, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Our room had real character: spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean thanks to outstanding housekeeping. At the end of the day, I enjoyed the rooftop pool — a true gem with stunning views over the city. A must-have for anyone looking for a stylish and relaxing stay in Madrid. Highly recommended!
