Four Seasons Hotel, Madrid

Four Seasons Madrid exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely personalized. The hotel is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms, outstanding facilities, and an unbeatable location for exploring Madrid. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and every detail reflected the high standards you would expect from a Four Seasons property. It has definitely become one of my favorite hotels. The only disappointing part of my trip was that I wanted to extend my stay, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and there was no availability. I can’t wait to return on my next visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.

The location, service, and building are excellent. There is no doubt that it is the best hotel in Madrid. However, I also believe that there are very good options in the area with similar levels of service and more competitive prices. I think the hotel is worth it, but from my perspective, the main consideration is the value for money, as a significant part of the price reflects the prestige and the Four Seasons name. At the same time, that same prestige can also be considered one of the hotel’s greatest advantages, as it guarantees a certain level of quality, service, and experience. Overall, an excellent choice for those looking for a luxury hotel in Madrid with a privileged location and exceptional service.

We've stayed at the FS Madrid at least four times over the last 5 years since the hotel opened and we've never had anything less than a perfect, 5-star experience. This hotel is luxurious. welcoming, comfortable, and the staff are insanely accommodating and helpful. We needed a box to pack up with 3-week's worth of purchases - they got us a box, a tape fun, and a Sharpie; we needed an appointment in a high-end shop on a very busy shopping day at Christmas, we got an appointment; we have been offered the house car for rides to dinner; the list goes on. MANY of the negative reviews are from people who were not guests of the hotel. One lady walked into the lobby at Christmas and was annoyed she couldn't get a table. Guess what? The FSM is the Christmas center in Canalejas and it's hard to get in for a drink in the lobby, especially when guests are accommodated with priority. You want all the perks of a hotel, sorry, be a guest.

This was our first stay at a Four Seasons property, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, and perfectly located for exploring Madrid, but what truly makes this property exceptional is the staff. Every person we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Pablo, Claudia, and Javier were especially outstanding and deserve special recognition. The service consistently went above and beyond. Our son is a huge soccer fan, and the staff surprised him with Real Madrid caps and even delivered his favorite donuts to our room after breakfast on our last day. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've experienced, with an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality options and attentive service each morning. We also had dinner at Dani's on our first night, and it was an excellent start to our stay. From the smooth check-in process, to the breakfast team, to the staff who helped us hail taxis and made sure we connected with our airport transfer, everyone was helpful, kind, and friendly. If you're looking for a luxury hotel in Madrid where the service truly lives up to the reputation, I highly recommend Four Seasons Madrid.

This hotel couldn't be located in a better area of Madrid. The atmosphere is niche, silent, and spectacular. It's, of course, a luxury hotel, but you definitely get what you paid for. Everything upon arrival was perfect, from the bellboys who helped us with our luggage to the room itself. Once we entered the room, we were greeted with a variety of amenities, including the best cheesecake I've ever had and some sweet fruit. The best part of all was that the concierge recommended a list of new restaurants we needed to go to, and, of course, with the hotel's available driver in a luxurious car. Overall amazing experience, and will always be my go-to hotel when coming to Madrid. I've stayed at this hotel 4 times and have always had a 10/10 experience.
