The hotel is lovely and great location and the reception staff is friendly . The only let down is the lobby service personnel. So unfriendly makes us want to leave . They seated us and then we waited for long for anyone to finally come. The host lady was not paying attention and the waitress was what seemed to be purposely ignoring - she clearly saw that we had called her several times. I understand it gets busy but all you have to do is come up to us and explain that….we felt uncomfortable being there. Having stayed at other Four Seasons properties with the staff in the lobby bar being so welcoming this was below par. Very unfortunate as it is the first place you see when entering the hotel. Hope that it’s better on other days, perhaps we caught them on a bad day .. Otherwise thank you to the other staff at the hotel -very professional.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is well managed as standard, as are most Four Seasons hotels. Transportation to the hotel was perfectly organized. Reception helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Dani Brasserie for a late lunch or for dinner ideal. Perfect view, great cuisine and very friendly service. We really enjoyed visiting Dani (repeatedly). If I am being strict, the only thing that surprised us is that several people have been communicating with you since the beginning via email or mobile apps and asking you the same questions over and over again, since you have already answered them. So it certainly wouldn't hurt to synchronise the team members a bit.

The hotel seemed new, everything about the room was perfect, very well designed, a great walk in closet where you can open your suitcase without it falling on the floor which is very rare and plenty of space. Great service. Lovely breakfast, a buffet and menu.

This review is for the top floor restaurant. The food was exceptional and the room very beautiful. the problem was that the staff (which is plentiful) didn't seem to know how to manage the place. It was a bit chaotic (elegantly so, as it is the Four Seasons) but simply not up to the standard that the hotel is known for. Perhaps a bad day, but we paid top dollar for average service. The food was Five Star, no question.
