This hotel couldn't be located in a better area of Madrid. The atmosphere is niche, silent, and spectacular. It's, of course, a luxury hotel, but you definitely get what you paid for. Everything upon arrival was perfect, from the bellboys who helped us with our luggage to the room itself. Once we entered the room, we were greeted with a variety of amenities, including the best cheesecake I've ever had and some sweet fruit. The best part of all was that the concierge recommended a list of new restaurants we needed to go to, and, of course, with the hotel's available driver in a luxurious car. Overall amazing experience, and will always be my go-to hotel when coming to Madrid. I've stayed at this hotel 4 times and have always had a 10/10 experience.

I was staying in another hotel, but I needed a proper breakfast, a nice place to sit, quiet and with good service. Thankfully, I came here. Service was superb (as you would expect in this kind of place), especially thanks to Gem and Alvaro. The kind of staff that goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and appreciated as a client. I hope her wedding went well! The view from the terrace is such a plus. I'll definitely come back on my next trip to Madrid!

This fine hotel in the heart of Madrid stands out above the hustle of the Puerta del Sol - the Madrileño Times Square or Piccadilly Circus. Once inside, though, it’s tranquil and hospitable; you enter the lobby lounge and a lift whisks you to your smart and comfortable room. Two things stood out for me. The first was the staff; they always have time for you, if only to ask how your day has been, or what plans you have for the evening. Second, the facilities. There is a roof terrace restaurant, and an outdoor terrace with loungers commanding wonderful views over the city - and inside a fine swimming pool, a splendid gym and a spectacular spa. Altogether really recommended for a luxurious and personal city break.

Beautiful hotel and excellent service at a perfect, central location. Would recommend requesting an internal room or bringing earplugs if you’re not used to city noise, but otherwise wonderful stay! Would definitely stay here again.
