Four Seasons Hotel, Madrid

We had a airbnb go bad experience and needed a place to stay last minute over new years eve for 3 nights. Well we ended up at the Four Seasons in Madrid. We paid a fortune for 2 rooms - 4 people but it will be an experience we will not forget. We had an amazing roof top deck with panoramic views towards Puerto del sol (PDS) and surrounding area. Little did we know that we would be in the heart of all activity NYE. First off view from balcony is out of this world but on NYE we saw fireworks from PDS and all surrounding area. The employees at the front desk, at the restaurant, at the door, everywhere was exactly how you expect Four Seasons hotel employees to treat you. They even brought us grapes 12 for each hour striking midnight for NYE and champagne, a Spanish tradition. I was so impressed and pleased with this hotel. We were so lucky to spend time together as a family, found a place to be on NYE. This will always be an experience we will cherish.

Stayed here with my wife recently. We had just come in from Norway and weren’t felling well. When we canceled a reservation at one of their restaurants because we were sick they sent over hot water with lemon and teas to our room. May not sound like much but it goes to show their communication with each other and the standard of care that have for their guests. I’ve stayed at tons of luxe properties and this hotel is in the top tier. Everything was exceptional and the staff were all excellent.

Fantastic room, impeccable service, great drinks in the lounge, perfect place. small details to feel welcomed: we came for shakira concert and there was a chocolate shakira disc in our room. We came for one night to the european residence but will come back with our kids for sure.

We are on our last day of our five nights in Madrid and have very much enjoyed our stay at the FS Madrid. We are very loyal to the FS - and in an unusual circumstance of relationship we had received enticements to stay at the Ritz Mandarin - but ultimately happily came to the FS Madrid. We are pleased with our choice. The hotel is an excellent restoration of an old building - the lobby and its ceiling in particular are beautiful. The concierge and front desk staff were very attentive and always focused on enhancing our experience. The guest relations team were also great. Raphaelle was gracious and we appreciated her taking the time to engage with us. Breakfasts were excellent and, as expected, the food quality was superb. The roof top is a very attractive venue for dining. There were some service hiccups during our stay - and we always expect the FS and their staff to be close to perfect. And perhaps that is the burden of an organization that strives for perfection - their guests come to expect it. But regardless, we very much enjoyed our stay and very much appreciated the extent to which our enjoyment was prioritized. We will certainly come back.

Firstly I would like to thank everyone at the Four Seasons for our 10/10 dining experience for my sisters birthday! The staff went above and beyond, the venue was sensational the food was incredible and the staff were true gems. Both dining and waiting staff were a true credit to the brand and even brought out a birthday desert for my sister towards the end of the evening! The pictures don’t even do it justice for a beautiful rooftop spot it really was, thank you for making our evening memorable! Kerri x
