Excellent Stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Fénix Gran Meliá. The hotel is extremely clean, in a fantastic location, gorgeously decorated, and the staff is exceptional. The door man Israel was such a nice and helpful gentleman. He assisted with recommendations, securing rides, and made us feel special every time we left or returned to the hotel.

Great service at the Aduana
The service was excellent, particularly the breakfast at Aduana restaurant. Our server, Yane, was attentive, very friendly and fast. She also spoke English which helped greatly! We will definitely return next time we visit Madrid.

Friends and family in Madrid.
This hotel is exceptional. It has old world charm and is kept impeccably. The staff is kind and warm and very hospitable. I particularly want to out Schery from groups, Yane in the Red Level lounge and Marta at the front desk at the Red Level reception area. It was truly wonderful experience and we look forward to returning soon.

Styly hotel in Salamanca area, but somewhat pricey
The hotel is good and with generally fine facilities, but prices has reached a level not totally justified. My Premier room was small - the bathroom ok, but toilet was in a small spot, almost like a closet. The staff is helpsom. The VIP lounge is quite nice and with a generally good selection.
