Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The room was beautiful and very comfortables. The restaurant and bar had excellent service. The person at the front desk was also the concierge who was very nice and helpful recommending a great restaurant and helped make reservations for us in Segovia. The hotel staff made us feel very welcomed

Go for the top floor
A great location and a lovely room at the top floor with a jacuzzi and a terrace. Breakfast at the ground floor and at seventh floor was nice as well. The bed quite comfortable and a room while not large was quite well arranged. Overall a very nice, stay at Gran Melia!

We enjoyed our stay at this Melia, the decor of the main areas are beautiful, the people are very helpful and kind, rooms are comfortable, with all the amenities, shower has a good pressure, our room was extremely quiet, feather pillows are great, overall you get what you pay for.

Fenix in the heart of the city
Lovely hotel, rooms and public spaces reflect a wonderful past. Staff looked after us efficiently and cordially. Third visit will continue to return. Good access to trains stations and subway. Of course 10 minute walk to the art museums and the old city.

Luxury at its finest!
One of the most luxurious hotel stays I’ve experienced. I typically stay with hotels in which I have status/loyalty, but decided to go outside of my comfort zone and I couldn’t have been more impressed. So much so, that I would I stay here again or at another Meliá property.
