Wonderful venue for a business meeting.
Everyone at the hotel was attentive and pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was good and presented nicely.

Fantastic Place, Excellent Service!
A fantastic time at the Hyatt. Special kudos to Jorge, who works at the bar—tremendous fellow who felt like an old friend within minutes of our arrival. Olaya, at the concierge desk, was also a great help navigating Madrid. The highest of recommendations for both the Hyatt y mis amigo Jorge y Olaya!

Convenient location
Convenient location just steps away from train station and bus stops. Nice welcome and help with luggage to our room. Glass bottled water for Discoverist members. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Only issue we had with the room was AC rattling noise.

Restaurant Service Exceptional
Service has been exceptional! Breakfast every morning with everyone waiting on you with whatever you might need! Ate several times at the bar restaurant and Jorge was amazing!!! He got me everything I wanted and continued to check our table!! Highly recommend!
