As you would expect from the Hyatt, good location, nice hotel, excellent staff. Here for 5 nights for a conference - great place. The strength is the staff, the weakness is the number of rooms (including mine) that looked at a wall 5 metres away ☹️

Great hotel, great location and excellent service. Front desk was extremely helpful and Eric and Jorge at the lobby bar (nice food menu there too) were friendly, fast and did an excellent job.

We had an amazing experience thanks to Jorge and Moha at the bar! They were both incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The burgers were delicious — perfectly cooked and full of flavor — and Moha’s beers were the perfect match. It’s always great to be served by people who genuinely care about making your meal enjoyable. Huge thanks to Jorge and Moha for making our visit so pleasant — we’ll definitely be coming back! 🍔🍺

From the friendly hotel front desk to the helpful bell men, to the comfortable rooms with water, robe and slippers, we were not disappointed by our stay here. The breakfast was plentiful and varied with extras like carrot/ginger and other juices, and all kinds of pastry. The concierge helped us find things to do, how to reserve and how to get there on a map she provided.

The worst room I have ever stayed in a hotel. The room is so small that two people cannot pass at the same time. The bed is smaller than a queen size bed. There is a rumbling sound every few minutes under the room that sounds like the metro. This is my first stay at a Hyatt in many years and I expected much better. I will also be speaking with Viking cruises about booking us in such a room before a cruise. Extremely disappointed.
