Reviews for Hesperia Madrid
A poor start but Manager reacted well to our concerns
Unfortunately from the start of our visit there were problems. The king sized bed suite was set up as twin beds. This was rectified the following day very quickly by housekeeping. Indeed housekeeping throughout our stay was efficient and well executed. We had Regency lounge included which is paid for in the room price. This was very disappointing and not as expected but when we reported our concerns staff on duty did their very best to help us and to put it right. When the Manager was involved he also did a great job and took our concerns seriously and the service improved massively by our last night. However it transpired that we hadn’t been offered any egg selection at breakfast for our entire stay until we had raised it the day before we left so only had this option on our last breakfast. Hopefully for future guests this will be rectified.

Great staff, very poor view
As you would expect from the Hyatt, good location, nice hotel, excellent staff. Here for 5 nights for a conference - great place. The strength is the staff, the weakness is the number of rooms (including mine) that looked at a wall 5 metres away ☹️

Great time at the Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid
Great hotel, great location and excellent service. Front desk was extremely helpful and Eric and Jorge at the lobby bar (nice food menu there too) were friendly, fast and did an excellent job.

We had an amazing experience thanks to Jorge and Moha at the bar! They were both incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The burgers were delicious — perfectly cooked and full of flavor — and Moha’s beers were the perfect match. It’s always great to be served by people who genuinely care about making your meal enjoyable. Huge thanks to Jorge and Moha for making our visit so pleasant — we’ll definitely be coming back! 🍔🍺

Always a welcoming stay at a Hyatt
From the friendly hotel front desk to the helpful bell men, to the comfortable rooms with water, robe and slippers, we were not disappointed by our stay here. The breakfast was plentiful and varied with extras like carrot/ginger and other juices, and all kinds of pastry. The concierge helped us find things to do, how to reserve and how to get there on a map she provided.
