Top Madrid Option!
Top Hyatt option in Madrid- great Location staff and rooms. As a Globalist was upgraded to a great suite with great views. Good A/C. Hotel has regency club with all day snacks available. Breakfast had a lot of options- this is my new Madrid hotel!! Easy access to hotel and easy for Uber/Cabify drop off and pick up!

A great way to start a vacation in Spain
Location Conveniently located within bus stops and the Metro and about 30 minutes via Uber from the airport and 15 minutes from the train station. Atmosphere Elegant Room We were upgraded to a Premium room. It was luxurious and spacious. Housekeeping was excellent and made sure we had all that we needed as we got to our room. Noise Level Very quiet and relaxing. Service Excellent service at the front desk, bellhop, the breakfast buffet, and housekeeping. We ordered room service and had to call back to follow-up on the order. The front desk promptly corrected the oversight. Before our trip, I sent a message to the hotel that we were celebrating my sister's retirement. The hotel provided a special dessert tray to surprise my sister. Thank you very much for this! She really appreciated the surprise and made our trip much more special.
