We enjoyed several visits to this venue and were served by Eric. He provided excellent customer service on each occasion by personally connecting, with speed of service and providing menu recommendations. Hyatt is very lucky to have him on their team. In addition to customer service the food quality was excellent (ham burgers) & nuts selection accompanying our cocktails.

A Few Nights in Madrid
Excellent location outside city, near Metro station which made getting around very easy and convenient. Laundromat 15 min walk away. Service was excellent as always. Will definitely consider staying here in the future.
