Luxury Hotel Experience in Madrid
The Hyatt made my wife and I feel special during her 30th birthday vacation. We had stayed at AirBnbs previously so having a catered breakfast each morning was a welcome treat. Furthermore, the staff are extremely welcoming and we felt like the establishment was high class. The bellmen carried our bags directly to our room and the welcome desk personnel were extremely nice and made our check-in process easy. Furthermore, during our stay, we visited the downstairs bar for a night cap (espresso martini). Mohammad and Jorge helped us out, created a delicious drink, and made us feel very welcome. They were nice and as a result, visited them each subsequent night. Their hospitality really stood out and made leaving the hotel difficult when exploring Madrid. We would definitely go back to the hotel in future visits to Madrid!

An All Around Exceptional Hotel Experience
We had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid. The location was perfect for getting to restaurants, museums, and F1. The lounge is wonderful, and the hotel is welcoming, beautiful, well maintained, and well managed. The Concierge Team is exceptional. They know the ins and outs of the city, and can help secure difficult reservations, they also recommended unique and exceptionally beautiful shops that aren't in any of the guides, and even helped us get us our correct seats at F1 when the ticket office made a mistake. Overall, this was a perfect experience for our family and we will definitely be back.

Impeccable service thanks to Jorge and Moha! Loved our short stay. Beautiful, comfortable rooms in a quiet area with easy access to downtown. We walked to parque retiro and all the pretty things.
