Bustling, safe & gorgeous area, Awedom Room
This property is small but stunning. Our room overlooked the arch and was completely remodeled new inside. Staff was awesome, and very helpful. Super easy taxi corner too. Madrid is a great vacation spot.

Exceptional boutique property in the heart of Madrid!
This hotel had such exceptional service that we hope to return on a future trip to Madrid! It was a very beautiful property in an ideal location to reunite with dear old friends. The breakfasts & dinners were so special and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly! I would give this hotel the highest number of stars possible.

This is the place to stay in Madrid
This is the perfect Hotel considering the location in Madrid! Walking distance from the Plaza Mayor, and La Puerta de Alcalá right there, a little different as far as design, but it had an unbelievable atmosphere, the bar right outside the door and La Puerta de Alcalá is with every penny. The staff is super courteous, I absolutely it!

Sleek modern hotel next to the Retiro park
Wonderful boutique hotel located across from the El Retiro park and puerto alcala monument. Room was wonderfully appointed, comfortable beds, soaker tub, dual vanity, etc. Staff was friendly and efficient. Location was within 15-20 minute walk of major landmarks (Prado and Reina Sofia museums, central shopping district, Royal Palace was probably an extra 5-10 minutes beyond that, etc). There was some construction going on with an adjoining building and also across the street with roadwork yet didn’t hear a thing so rooms are well insulated. Would stay again.

Amazing location. The staff and service received was fantastic. Facilities, spa, massage, breakfast, No way would I try anywhere else for my next visit. Awesome job thank you from Paul and Jay
