A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location
A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were very friendly, prompt, and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet, and stylish. The cafe and restaurant were pleasant and delicious. Our room needed a bit more hooks to hang towels and things. The shower was massive and very enjoyable. The toilet room as a thin glass door that slams without control so that was fun late at night. We would stay here again for sure.

The right place
This hotel is central with a lot f preferred shopping. If you are looking for a nice boutique hotel in a prime location to many eateries, museums, etc., I would suggest staying here. The staff is also great!

Great hotel, great location.
Wonderfully comfortable bed and linens. Oooh, the shower. I want it for home! Front desk staff so helpful and friendly, as were the staff in the breakfast room. Excellent croissants on the breakfast buffet. The staff did everything possible to make my stay comfortable, with arranging lunch and early check-in the first day.

Bustling, safe & gorgeous area, Awedom Room
This property is small but stunning. Our room overlooked the arch and was completely remodeled new inside. Staff was awesome, and very helpful. Super easy taxi corner too. Madrid is a great vacation spot.

Exceptional boutique property in the heart of Madrid!
This hotel had such exceptional service that we hope to return on a future trip to Madrid! It was a very beautiful property in an ideal location to reunite with dear old friends. The breakfasts & dinners were so special and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly! I would give this hotel the highest number of stars possible.
