Excellent location, great service, great option for Madrid, needs earlier pool hours
It was our first time to Madrid and we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Urban. The front desk team were great and very hospitable. I didn't have any cash (who does anymore these days?) and they were able to exchange a minimal amount so we could tip our bell man. Our room was on one of the lower floors but it will still a beautiful room with very nice touches. The room itself was a nice size and nicely furnished. We had a desk and lounge seating area, large bathroom with THE BEST massage shower, perfect after a nice long day of sightseeing. Room also had a large wardrobe with amenities, perfect temperature and AC and very comfortable bed. We loved the turndown service. Hotel gives you a rose and chocolates. Very nice touch. They have a beautiful lobby and rooftop which has a cafe, gym and a very tiny (often overrun pool). I think this is one negative. The pool doesn't open till 11a and closes at 7p. They would be better off opening at 6a so guests are not crowding around the pool right at 11am when they need to check out. Very unintuitive hours. Plus who wants to swim that late when that is when you usually go out to sightsee? The other downside was their concierge. Offered to look up some recommendations for us and when we returned, no follow through. Would not rely on them too much. Hotel offers a breakfast room which we did not opt for as we wanted to check out the many delicous cafes nearby. Loved the central location. We would definitely recommend Hotel Urban and would love to return.

Unbeatable location only topped by fantastic staff
An absolute class act of a team. Tentative, experienced, extremely professional and highly hospitable. Made a father/son trip one to remember. The location is fantastic, the food is exquisite and the amenities are fantastic. But the highlights of the entire stay were the staff. Phenomenal team.

Their commitment, professionalism, genuine hospitality, and warm smiles made me feel not like a guest, but like part of a family. This level of care and attention is what, in my view, elevates your hotel from a five-star establishment to a seven-star experience. I would particularly like to highlight Ms. Lili’s kindness and Ms. Carolina attentiveness. Both graciously arranged a room change for me, ensuring my comfort, and I truly appreciated her thoughtful approach. The following morning, Mr. Bryam was already aware of the situation and personally ensured everything was handled smoothly, even accompanying the gesture with a kind gift and warm smile. This level of service is truly exceptional. The restaurant team also deserves high praise. Mr. Hicham and his colleagues were consistently professional, attentive, and timely. Their positive attitude made each breakfast not only enjoyable but unforgettable. I am genuinely impressed by the overall experience your hotel provides. Great luxury stay in Madrid
I can't say enough about this establishment- particularly the staff. Efficient, friendly, helpful, accommodating... I've run our of adjectives! What a wonderful, luxurious stay without being in a huge cavernous hitel - great lication, food, amenities, and especially guest attention - you will not be disappointed

We have traveled numerous times to Spain's capital city, but this was a unique experience. Hotel Urban is not only a five-star hotel but one that possesses the utmost class. We were handled with service that cannot be fully described, and everywhere we turned there was style and statement. We consider Hotel Urban our home away from home.
