The room was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. The Glass Bar makes excellent drinks and the rooftop restaurant was great too. Ten out of ten.

Central but very safe location, clean, modern, and extremely comfortable, making my solo stay in this wonderful city even more enjoyable. Everything I could ask for was accommodated and the staff were obliging and friendly. Travelling to meet up with friends and family in other parts of Spain, Portugal and Morocco, I felt comfortable and welcomed back “home” each time I returned from a few days or weeks away.

I stayed here for a couple of nights on business and got an upgrade to a two storey apartment. It needs a bit of an update but was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a good location and service was good for the duration of my visit. I needed a very early check out and the team had everything ready for me at 5am for a seamless checkout. I would stay again.

Amazing boutique hotel. Perfect central location in Madrid to walk and explore. The hotel itself is great. The facilities are modern, clean and extremely well kept. However, it is the staff that truly elevates this hotel to beyond 5 stars! From every front desk member, the room cleaning service and the management there is genuine warmth and pleasure to help. A special thank you to Bryam the guest service manager who went above and beyond to make our Madrid stay memorable.
