Amazing getaway with style in the heart of Madrid
Amazing and very stylish hotel in the very heart of Madrid (the better side of the city). Very friendly and attentive staff and delicious breakfast in a beautiful setting (inside star restaurant Cebo). Also very beautiful and spacious rooms!

A very good experience, it was amazing, the room is incredible. 100/100 experience, the pillows were very comfortable and it was very amazing that we can change it, I would recommend this hotel to all the people that travel to Madrid

Top hotel in so may ways
Loved the location, easy walk to tourist spots, restaurants. The reception staff, in particular, were outstanding in their service and kindness, as was the doorman. Having come from the Southern Hemisphere with two large suitcases, the room was relatively short on space. The pool was welcoming in the Madrid summer heat, though with only four lounges, it unfortunately made it difficult to utilise as much as we would have liked. The rooftop bar was comfortable and the service excellent. Beautifully styled hotel that made it a pleasure to return to at the end of each day.

Four days at Urban Hotel Madrid
This hotel is in an excellent location, close to all the city's major monuments. Excellent, modern, and functional facilities, with friendly, knowledgeable staff and an excellent breakfast in terms of quality and variety. Highly recommended.

A wonderful 6 nights in Madrid at Hotel Urban
Hotel was extremely architecturally attractive inside the lobby and internally. The staff was well trained from the front doorman to the waitstaff in the restaurants. I was very impressed overall and would say that the hotel definitely deserved 5 stars. The pool area upstairs albeit small was so nice and staffed extremely well. The room was not as nice as rest of hotel but still was nice enough. I’ve stayed in about 5 hotels in Madrid and this is my favourite. It’s location is fabulous as well (close to the Four Seasons as well)

We have traveled numerous times to Spain's capital city, but this was a unique experience. Hotel Urban is not only a five-star hotel but one that possesses the utmost class. We were handled with service that cannot be fully described, and everywhere we turned there was style and statement. We consider Hotel Urban our home away from home.
